Villa Rajski dvori offers a great place to relax! It offers all luxury needed for great vacations including private pool, barbecue and wireless internet access.

Our traditionally built villa reflects authentic Istrian rustic style. It is surrounded by garden with Mediterranean vegetation and offers views of the picturesque old town of Sveti Lovrec.

The villa is set into 2 levels and features free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. It has an open-plan living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Guests can enjoy the pool or relax with barbecue in the garden.

In Sveti Lovrec and its surroundings you can find restaurants serving Istrian and international dishes, as well as a grocery shop, some bars, pharmacy, ATM machine and a post office.

The town of Porec with the UNESCO-protected Euphrasian Basilica is 15 km away, picturesque fisherman's towns Vrsar and Rovinj are of about the same distance, and Lim canal rich with oysters and mussels (and with 2 really good restaurants and daily fresh fish) just about 6 km from the property.

Beautiful old villages like Motovun, Oprtalj and Grožnjan, known for their summer festivals, are all worth to visit and they are also not far away - they can even be reached by bike if you are a little bit more sporty and adventurous type.

3 aquaparks are within the range of less than 20 km: Aquapark Istralandia (istralandia. Com), Aquacolors Porec (aquacolors. Eu) and Aquapark Lone Rovinj.

There are 2 golf courses to recommend to all golf-lovers: Golf Club Adriatic in Savudrija is first professional golf course in Istria, while Brijuni Golf Course is located on the island just in the heart of Nacional park Brijuni. Both of them are worth to visit and play!

For those who like horse-riding, it is available in Jakici Dolinji in close vicinity to Sveti Lovrec.

Wine and olive oil tasting can be organized upon request.

Pula Airport is at a distance of 36 km.

Wonderful villa and excellent host!

We just came back from 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful villa! Everything is exactly as described... very nice, very comfy, very well equipped and therefore the right place to enjoy some awesome vacations. For all the people who are interested to know how warm the heated pool can be in October with between 18 to 25 degrees during daytime and maybe 6 to 10 degrees during the night, we managed to get around 28 degrees but had to cover the pool when we didn't use it. Thanks to this temperature we used the pool as much as we would have done during summertime! Awesome! Andrej, the host, is very sympathetic, helpful, generous and always available when it came to clarifying different details. Just as an example, when he noticed that our son had his birthday on the day of our arrival he organised a present for him and the other kids... what an attentive and loving kind! Thank you so much Andrej for your care! I could write so much more about the villa and the host and it would probably fill up all the available characters for this review but let me find one word that summarizes almost everything about our time spent in this gorgeous villa: perfect!

Sehr schöner, angenehmer Aufenthalt in dieser Villa

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Wir waren drei Pärchen und jedes Pärchen hatte sein eigenes Bad. Die Zimmer sind schön und die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Sveti Lovrec ist ein kleines, idyllisches Dorf mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Haushalt und Lebensmittel. Es gibt in der Nähe 4 Lokale - in allen Restaurants hat es gut geschmeckt. Weitere Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Pool Ist super schön und wir haben das Baden sehr genossen. Ebenso die Abende auf der Terrasse. Nach einer Woche hat sich der sehr sympathische Besitzer Andrej bei uns erkundigt ob alles für uns ok ist, das fand ich sehr, sehr nett von ihm. Wir baten um etwas Holz für den Grill , was prompt geliefert wurde. Beim Check -in waren mein Mann und ich leider noch nicht angekommen. Unsere Freunde erzählten uns von der sehr freundlichen Einweisung, deshalb gebe ich 5 Sterne. (Würde ich nicht beurteilen , wäre das negativ für Andrej ). Das gleiche gilt für die Kommunikation mit der Agentur - dies hatte auch unser Freund übernommen . Mein Mann und ich würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen ! Zum zweiten mal ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Alles ist sehr modern eingerichtet, das ganze Haus war sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Auch ein herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Tajana für den netten Empfang. Sveti Lovrec ist ein kleines Dorf mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einer sehr guten Pizzeria. Beautiful villa

We had a lovely week at this beautifully presented villa, which is one of the best we have stayed at. As a previous guest said, it feels like a home from home and is spacious and well equipped. We were blessed with fantastic weather and enjoyed beautiful sunsets behind the church every evening. Andrej is very responsive to messages and he and Mrs Tajana are so welcoming. We would love to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to friends.

Einfach spitze!

Wir haben die Zeit wirklich genossen. Das Haus ist einfach spitze. Sehr sauber und für sechs Personen genau richtig. Der Vermieter selbst war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit Tipps bzgl. Essen, Strand und Unternehmungen versorgt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Domizil buchen. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Zu Fuß sind Apotheke, kleiner Supermarkt, Cafe und Pizzeria leicht erreichbar. Die Lage war für uns perfekt Städte wie Porec oder Rovinj sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein erholsamer wunderschöner Urlaub für unsere Familie.

Traumhaus!

Wir haben 2 Wochen mit 4 erwachsenen 'Kinder' in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und jeden Tag genossen! Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend auf einer Anhöhe mit wunderschöner Aussicht, etwa 20 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Das nötigste kann im Dorf eingekauft werden, grössere Läden gibt es in Porec, 300m zu Fuss hat es eine tolle Pizzeria. Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, entspricht zu 100% den Fotos und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist tiptop eingerichtet mit 2 Kaffeemaschinen, einer Eiswürfelmaschine, Induktionsherd inkl. genügend Pfannen. Die Betten sind gross und bequem. Im Aussenbereich gibt es einen grossen Pool, genügend Liegestühle und Sitzgelegenheiten, sowie eine Couch mit Sonnenschirm. Die Olivenbäume spenden einen willkommenen Schatten und die Lavendelbüsche verbreiten einen angenehmen Duft. Andrej ist ein toller Vermieter! Von der ganzen Buchungsabwicklung bis zur persönlichen Betreuung vor Ort klappte alles super. In der Urlaubshälfte fragte er sogar noch nach, ob alles in Ordnung sei und ob wir Fragen oder Wünsche hätten. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an "willkommen zu hause" und kann den Urlaub in vollen Zügen geniessen. An dieser Stelle ein herzliches Dankeschön an Andrej......wir würden sofort wiederkommen und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Lage !

Unsere 5 köpfige Familie (Kinder 8,12,14) hatte hier eine prima Woche im Juli verbracht. Das Haus sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Durch die Hügellage weht häufig ein leichter Wind, so dass es auch an heißen Tagen angenehm ist. Der Pool ist einfach super, die Kinder haben ihn geliebt. Auch die Lage innerhalb Istriens ist ideal, da man viele Ausflüge ohne lange Anfahrtszeiten unternehmen kann. Andrej ist ein toller Gastgeber ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wonderful villa home away from home

What can we say. We loved our stay in Sveti Lorec. The villa is beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed for our weeks holiday. The views are stunning over the village and surrounding countryside. The village is unspoilt and non-commercial - exactly what we love. We have holidayed at many villas over the years and can safely say, this one is one of the best. Andrej, the owner, has furnished it to a very high standard. If we had any queries or questions, Andrej came back to us very quickly - he even came to meet us on our first night in Sveti Lorec and gave us lots of recommendations on places/towns to visit which we took up. Istria is a beautiful part of Croatia and Sveti Lorec is a great central location to visit the area. If you like more commercial holidays, this wouldn't be the place for you - it has one wonderful pizzeria (also selling lots of other dishes like pasta, risotto, grills - plenty to choose from) and the staff are so friendly. There is seating both inside and a lovely garden outside. There is a very well stocked supermarket, so much so, we didnt have to drive to the main town as we got everything we needed from there. There are a couple of other cafe/bars, a post office and pharmacy. Who needs anything else. This was our first trip to Croatia and it won't be our last.

Perfect week in Istria

Six of us adult friends stayed for a week at this bijoux villa in the charming old village Sveti Lovrec. The house is beautifully appointed, comfortable and in a perfect location from which to explore Istria. It is within easy drive of Pula, Rovinj, Porec and many old hilltop villages. The pool and terrace are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We cooked most of our meals with provisions from local markets and tasted many very good wines from the local producers. The outdoor grill worked really well. This is a great area for hiking if you wish to have a break from the lively coastal towns. We encountered very few hikers on our outings. Andrej, the owner, was most helpful and accommodating both throughout the booking process and during our stay. We were delighted to meet him. He gave us a lot of information about the area, restaurants, events, etc., responded to every question immediately and was eager to meet all our requests. The four of us enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. enjoyed meeting the owner too.

We loved our visit. Due to rainy weather we were not able to enjoy the lovely back yard and pool/patio area. Everything was very clean and charming. I would suggest that the house needs more area for seating in the Living room for 4 people. The couch does not work out for four adults relaxing. We enjoyed our time in this beautiful home.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser tollen Villa verbracht und jeden Tag genossen. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100 % dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung ist wirklich top. Wir wurden von Andrej sehr freundlich empfangen und er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt. Wunderschönes Haus mit perfektem Service!

Wir waren im April/Mai für 10 Nächte in dem Haus von Andrej und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, im folgenden ein paar Sätze dazu: Erstkontakt/Buchung: Überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Andrej hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und die Buchung hat tadellos geklappt. Gegend: Sveti Lovrec ist ein kleines Dorf ziemlich mittig von Kroatien, ideal um Istrien zu entdecken mit kurzen Entfernungen. Wundschöne kleinere Städte und Dörfer liegen im Umkreis von 15-45 km. Im Ort ist kleiner Laden für den täglichen Bedarf, Pizzeria, Café . Für einen großen Einkauf fährt man ungefähr 20 Minuten nach Porec, der Ort hat einige große Geschäfte (Kaufland, Spar etc.). Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer schönen Villengegend und bestem Blick in die ferne Landschaft. Haus: Die Bilder entsprechen den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen, dass Haus ist sehr neu und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es wurde an alles gedacht. Alles ist stimmig, von der Holzkohle bis zu den Grillanzündern war alles vorhanden - es war komplett ausgestattet, was auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Man merkt, dass die Andrej und seine Familie auch in dem Haus Ihren Urlaub verbringen. Abwicklung/Begrüßung: Der Eindruck von der Buchung und dem Erstkontakt hat sich mehr als bestätigt, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es war alles perfekt vorbereitet. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben in einem wunderschönen Haus tolle Tage verbracht.

Sehr gepflegte wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rande eines ruhigen Dörfchens, aber in optimaler Entfernung zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region. Die Wohnung ist optimal ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, gute Betten und einen wunderschönen Pool. Der Vermieter ist stets ansprechbar und hat sich um alle Fragen sofort und überaus freundlich gekümmert. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Die Bilder auf dem Buchungsportal haben uns vorab sehr begeistert und haben zu 100% zugetroffen. Wir sind sehr freundlich vom Eigentümer empfangen wurden. Eine Führung durch Haus und Anwesen war für uns sehr beeindruckend. Die Gestaltung des Innen- sowie Außenbereiches ist sehr großzügig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt worden. Unserer 5 köpfigen Familie fehlte es an nichts, da alles vorhanden war. Selbst Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Eiswürfelspender, Kaffeemaschine mit Bohnenspender usw. waren da. Der Pool ist sehr groß und etwa 1/3 ist nur knietief, was besonders für kleinere Kinder toll zum Spielen ist. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und mit tollem Blick. Im kleinen Ort findet man alles für den täglichen Gebrauch. In der Hälfte des Urlaubs fragte der Eigentümer nach, ob wir noch Wünsche hätten. Das fanden wir sehr freundlich und ist mit Sicherheit nicht üblich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und möchten uns nochmals bei Andrej und seiner Familie für diese schönen Tage in Ihrem Anwesen recht herzlich bedanken. (Christian und Familie)
