Casa Biguli is an original Istrian stone house from 1896. The house has been renovated and combines old and new elements.

The house offers every comfort and convinces with traditional charm. The main feature of the house is a large covered terrace with BBQ. It is like a an open living room. The private a pool at the back of the house. There is an open garage.

The house consists of a living and dining area, kitchen and small toilet with washing machine downstairs and twe bedrooms, one large with double bed and the other, smaller with twin beds.

There is also a bathroom with a bath and there is a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the nature.

Lovely villa in a quiet rural location

Casa Biguli is a great villa for a family of four. Very clean and comfortable in the quiet rural hamlet of Radici, whilst only around 20 mins drive from the seaside towns of Porec and Vrsar. The nearby small town of Sveti Lovrec has a mini-market, pizzeria and cafe/bar. Solis-Porec (the villa agent) are all really helpful too. All in all, well recommended.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus, herrliche ruhige Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Bei Problemen (Internet) kümmerte sich die Agentur sofort darum.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Es liegt etwas außerhalb von Sveti Lovrec zwischen Bauernhöfen. Sehr positiv an dem Haus ist, dass es wirklich sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien gibt, die zum größten Teil auch überdacht sind, so dass man bei Regen trotzdem draußen sitzen kann. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön, die Betten bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war schön, hat unsere Erwartungen aber nicht ganz erfüllt. Der Boden war etwas angeraut, so dass man sich leicht anschlagen/aufschürfen kann, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Das Erdgeschoss ist aufgrund der kleinen Fenster leider ziemlich dunkel. Das hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört, da war sowieso nur zum Schlafen drin waren.
