The space

This centrally air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to six vacationers.

Cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances and granite spacious countertops. Share the meal at the unique round glass topped dining table.

After the day in the sun, relax on the couch in front of the flat screen TV. Feel free to connect to the wireless internet to search for a popular dessert spot!

Settle in for a restful night sleep in the master bedroom which features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. You'll have access to the private balcony and in-suite bathroom with both shower and tub. The second bedroom includes a 2 single beds and appropriate accents of contemporary décor. Dream of rhythmic ocean waves to swim in or swaying palm trees to lounge under day after day!

Walk down to the community pool area and enjoy a refreshing morning dip. Enjoy a quick workout in the recreation room, play a friendly match of tennis or practice your putting stroke before heading over to the public beach. Finish your day lying out on sugary white sands, walking along the coast, swimming and surfing in emerald waters.

THE AREA

Marco Island is known for its pristine white sand beaches - located just minutes away - as is the island’s newly renovated lakefront park. Enjoy its walking path, dog park, volleyball courts, botchy ball, basketball court, billiards, and table tennis, all a short drive or bike ride from your “Island Paradise” vacation rental. The kids can play to their heart’s content in the park’s extensive playground and splash pool.

The island offers a scenic golf course, marina, bike path, restaurants, and shops. You can also take a short drive to the mainland to access all of the fabulous activities and attractions offered there. From airboat rides, to the Naples Zoo, to fresh seafood dining, enjoyable adventure awaits. Regardless of how you choose to spend your time on Marco Island, you're sure to have an incredible getaway when you book this stunning vacation rental!

Please note: the condo association charges a $100 registration fee which includes a parking pass. The building is installing impact glass. As such, occasional construction noise can be heard coming from the building.

Other things to note:
Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
