Direct Beachfront Condo (15th Floor) 2BR, 2BA High End Luxury Pool/Hot Tub

Welcome to the BEACH. This is a home away from home for our family. It is cared for with many personal touches to make your stay filled with the comforts of home. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo. It is a completely remodeled unit on the 15th floor in a PRIME location.

7 DAY MINIMUM STAY (some acceptations apply so contact me to discuss).

This is a two-bedroom unit that sleeps 5 maximum (maybe 6 with little ones). There is a master bedroom that offers beach view with patio slider doors that access the lanai. This room has a queen bed and a bath with shower/tub (all completely remodeled). Open your eyes in the morning to the stunning views that are truly breathtaking.

The guest bedroom consists of a bunk bed. The bottom bunk is a full-sized and the top bunk is a twin-sized. (Sleeps up to 3) There is also a FULL bathroom with a stand-up shower (also completely remodeled).
In the living room, there is also a pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa/couch with all the pillows, sheets, and blankets for a comfortable night's sleep. The sofa/couch is new as of 11/2020.

The unit offers a kitchen with FULL sized refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. There is a small sized stackable washer and dryer in the unit.
The dining area sits 5 comfortably for family dinners and togetherness. The counter offers additional seating for 3.

My favorite part of the space is the lanai with the spectacular views. Don`t miss a sunset right from the comfort of your temporary home! It is furnished with a table that seats 6 for outside dining and evening board games. We also have two cozy seats to lounge and enjoy a quiet glass of wine after a long day on the beach with the family.
The views and the Marco Island sunsets will not disappoint! Enjoy beach filled activities by day or enjoy the tranquil sunsets EVERY evening from the 15th floor with a light ocean breeze.

Our guests can enjoy all the amenities including 5 beach chairs and umbrella, 6 beach towels for your use and a closet filled with beach toys and boogie boards. You can enjoy the back side of the property with our private tennis courts (Pickleball on one side). We have two tennis rackets and a sleeve or two of balls in the unit for your use and convenience. We have two pickleball rackets and balls.

Our area of Marco Island is LOADED with things to do. I am happy to assist in answering any questions to help you plan the perfect stay for your family. During the high season you may want to book your dining and activities in advance. I would be happy to give you my list of favorite dining and must do activities based on your specific circumstance. I have created a list to share for all ages so you too can fall in love with this amazing island.

You are walking distance to restaurants with one as close as next door (The Sunset Grill). We are 9 buildings down the beach to the Marriott that offers kayak, Hobby-cat rentals, paddle board rentals (etc.) as well as a casual restaurant dining that is open to all. You are walking distance to the movie theater, and additional dining choices. Remember, you are on an island, so NOTHING is too far to drive since the entire island is 4 miles by 6 miles.

*Helpful tip; if you belong to a club at home (Yacht Club, Golf Club) you may find that your club offers reciprocity. There is also public golf on island that my husband and I really enjoy. Boat rentals are plentiful but may want to book ahead.

We are a 30-minute trek to Naples for different scenery for an evening. We always take a rainy day and head there for some fancy shopping and dining once a visit. Marco has a fast ferry to Key West that you can book in advance. There is no need to leave this bustling island but for those staying for a few weeks or month, it is definitely worth the trip.

You can fly into Fort Myer International Airport which is 50 minutes away. There are many other smaller airports in the area. Fort Lauderdale or Miami airport are also an option if you don't mind the 2 hour and 10-minute drive once you land.

NOTE: We offer parking for $50 per stay. This is a one-time fee upon check-in. Most places on the beach offer a daily rate so this is very reasonable. This is collected upon arrival by our condo management team.

House rule Highlights; There are standard Condominium living rules and regulation that are fairly standard to all condo or hotel living where one must be aware that there are other guests in building to consider. Condo rules and regulations will be forwarded upon booking and you can cancel (if within 60 days) if you disagree with any of them. We also welcome any specific questions before booking. There is a ban of porch lights and brightness from unit during the turtle season (July - Oct). The turtles lay their eggs and beach patrol puts a small fence around these eggs. The bright lights from unit CAN prevent the turtles from laying their eggs so this is a mandatory yet easy to abide by requirement during this season. The drapes can be easily pulled shut if you sit in brightness during the evening hours. There is a building rule that luggage and groceries must be brought in through SIDE building door. This is good for everyone so that lobby remains a place of quiet and comfort. The parking is for guests only and all others WILL be towed. Again, that is good for you because space will clearly be available for you, our guests:) LAUNDRY MUST BE STARTED at check out. Strict deposit rules will apply if the sheets are not started and place is not tidy with dishwasher loaded, etc. Please be aware that this is important part of the process because guests leave at 10am and new guests (or my family) arrive at 3pm. That leaves limited time for the place to be cleaned thoroughly and all the laundry to get done. We thank you for this necessary commitment. We maintain the right to EVICT if rules are not followed. We will NOT tolerate pets, smoking, excessive parties, drugs of ANY kind (Marijuana is not only under the "smoking" category but also considered a drug and subject to immediate eviction). This is a high end building with many long term residents and guests. We MUST comply with the integrity of the building and its other guests. Again, this benefits you and your family as well. Thank you for your attention to the ever so important standard rules and regulations that make our stay all that it should be:)

Marco Island Paradise
This was our first visit to Marco Island and we loved it. This oceanfront condo is a home away from home, but better. With incredible beach and ocean views, we enjoyed the sunset every evening from the balcony. The unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for the beach and full kitchen, comfortable living room, and washer/dryer for our convenience in the unit. Just a short, easy walk to the beach where we enjoyed a week full of beauty and relaxation. Highly recommend this property and Marco Island! Will definitely be returning.

Great stay in Marco Island
We had an amazing time staying at Sea Winds over the Holidays. The condo was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! The kids really enjoyed the heated pool, proximity to the beach, and pickleball courts. Ginny was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Welcome to our second home where we spend a great deal of time. On the times that we are not using it, we have chosen to rent to guests like YOU. We have friends and family nearby so we really know the area well and can assist in just about any planning or questions you may have. Thank you for your interest in this magical beach front escape. We have three places on the island (two in Sea Winds of Marco and available for large families to rent BOTH units. We also have an amazing ocean view condo that is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit on the opposite side of the island near the Snook Inn.

Why they chose this property

We were looking in Southern Florida to be closer to loved ones when we stumbled upon Marco Island. We fell in love with the fact that the location is far enough south that the weather is warm for most of the year. We fell in love with the charm and character of the island. We were seeking time on the BEACH and the amenity of beach front living in order to avoid packing for the day to hang at the beach. We loved the layout, the privacy from the balcony, the high floor, the building management and great oversight from the board management. We love that there is so much to do in a close proximity for my ACTIVE family.
