End Unit w/ Top of Line Finishes / Crazy Wide Gulf Views!

Beautiful wrap around balcony. Very sunny unit with fantastic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a large sectional in living room(not pictured and replaced Jan 2024). Sleeps up to six. Master suite with king sized bed and flat screen TV, and just slide open your door to walk out on to the balcony every morning! Incredible sunsets! Updated appliances in kitchen and overall well maintained. Tile floor throughout. Second bedroom, there is a bunk bed which has a queen size bed on the bottom and twin on the top, a nice combination to have especially if two couples want to rent. Unit has it’s own WI-FI. Great complex for families. Gated community. Great pool. Fantastic white sand beach is right in front of you. Tennis courts on site. Fishing and boat access on the canal side of complex. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Building will charge a one-time registration/parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay, per vehicle.

Great Beach Views

We loved the living area of this condo. Lovely views of the beach and gulf. Well located on Marco Island. Lots of activities like pickleball, tennis, shuffle board , bocce on the property. Mattresses could use an upgrade but condo is clean and kitchen has all you need.

Beautiful corner unit

The stay was amazing, the apartment is clean and the corner unit view is amazing! The only thing that the unit is advertised for 6 people, but there is only space for 5! I will definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful Stay

The unit we stayed in was amazing - both sunrise and sunset views of the most beautiful beach and shells anywhere. However, we did have a problem with the electricity going out in part of the unit and had a very difficult time reaching someone to report the problem and get help fixing it.

Would book again!

Both the condo and building are very nicely updated. Condo was full of items needed to feel at home. We enjoyed the view from the balcony each day. Walks to the beach were a little longer than we were used to, but tolerable and we appreciated the new beach cart and provided beach chairs. My recommendation would be nicer mattresses and pillows. Would definitely book this condo again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice upgraded kitchen, beds were comfortable, condo was clean on arrival, accommodations were perfect for 4 adults. Easy walking distance to several nice restaurants and stores, and a short (1/2 mile) walk to the beach. Some of our activities included walking, fishing and shelling on the beach. The farmers market has great fresh produce, and the Knights of Columbus sponsors several musical shows during the year. South Seas Towers is well maintained, and all staff were helpful and friendly. We had a few minor issues that Harborview Reality took care of in a timely manor. We found WiFI to be spotty at times, especially in the bedrooms at night, Overall we all enjoyed and stay, and will be back again next year.

Relaxing stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at south Sea Tower 3 #606. The condo was clean on arrival, and had a few paper supplies to start off our stay. We come with another couple, and we love this spot as it has a nice view of the gulf, and is a short walk to the beach. If you like to walk it is within walking distance to a few restaurants, stores, nail salons, and Tigertail beach. The kitchen is updated with new appliances. We did eat in more this year, and found there was a lack of sharp knives to prep food, or cut meat. Some of the sheets on the bed had large holes in them, but the linen closet had extra supplies so this was easy to remedy. The staff at South Seas Tower, are all friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained, and facilities are clean. This is a nice escape away from the cold weather back home!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Marco Island for four years now. We have always stayed at the South Seas Towers for all four of those years. We have stayed in two other units and have been pleased with them. I was hopeful for this unit as it appeared larger with more living space (it was also $700 more than our past units). I was shocked when we walk in the front door to find that it was very dated, completely unorganized, and not clean. Closets and kitchen cabinets were filled and not organized at all. You couldn’t put any of your own stuff away. Kitchen cleaning supplies were under the kitchen sink laying next to a bathroom toilet plunger. I moved a night stand to plug in a phone charger and found mounds of dust and disposable contacts. I would never recommend this unit and if the owner is having it professionally cleaned I would find new cleaning people. And as for the agency Harborview we had no issues they were easy to work with. My only concern is do they know what they are renting. If I were an agent or agency I would provide some feedback to the owners and see if they take it. Not every listing is worth having. My only other feedback is about South Seas in general is about the pool. We are a family and have a 7 year old who by nature is a rule follower and Tracy the pool attendant took it upon her self to scream at our child from across the pool about holding on to the rope. I have no issues with someone correcting my child I do however take issue with someone aggressively screaming at him. My husband walked over to tell her nicely at first not to scream at our child. The conversation ended with my husband telling her to do her job and walk over to him or anyone else and speak to them with some respect. She proceeded to yell at my husband he proceeded to walk away to a round of applause because she was so awful to so many people’s kid.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit, SouthseasTower 3 #606 was very clean and comfortable and modern. Both bedrooms had ceiling fans, but we never did figure out how to turn them on after trying all switches. Maybe they just didn’t work. Fortunately, there was a small fan in a closet which we used. We never turn off our ceiling fans at home. Also, was not a fan of the HVAC thermostat. Some days were chilly for southern FL and the thermostat did not allow settings above 74°.

There’s a beach cart, beach chairs (2 adult 1 smaller), soft cooler, 2 beach umbrellas, beach towels, buckets and shelling nets and everything you need to cook meals. As mentioned before, it is a bit of a walk to the actual Gulf across this vast sand “field” all made easier with the cart. Would definitely stay here again. Get info on how to enter the building if you arrive after Harborview is closed...we had to search for the actual entry to the tower, should have asked the gate attendant. Enjoy!

The condo is beautiful. That is where it stops. The beach is 1/2 mile from the condo. You have to be out of the pool by dusk(3 kids, come on seriously!) You absolutely cannot eat at the pool, there were 75 rules and that was at the bottom and a woman who was the pool patrol got in my face and waved her finger and told me to “the carrot out of my mouth!” You also have to pay $100 to park in an empty parking lot, we knew about the fee but the I expected it to be empty. There are also targeted YouTube that tell you that the residents do not like vacationers. Sorry Marco we will not be back!!

Fabulous condo

We will def come again AND recommend this specific condo to friends and family. The condo was so clean and quiet. Everything was comfortable. I have read reviews where people complain about the 8min walk to the beach. It was nothing. A nice wide spance of clean sand - perfect! Plenty of room to choose a nice spot. The owner provided beach towels, beach chairs and olenty of beach toys if you need them and a wagon to roll it all out there. The wagon had taken a beating and one of the tires was on the verge of breaking when we arrived but it worked just fine all week. We loved having it available. Thank you so much! The previous tenant left a broken chair and umbrella (rude) - after having finding out ON the beach we went out and replaced them and left them there for future tenants. There are so many great dockside grills to choose from - all a 5 min drive away. Plenty of grocery stores, Walmarts etc AND Naples and the outlet mall are just a 30min drive north and Miami was just under 2 hrs - we had a fun day trip.

We’ll be back!

We had a very late arrival and early morning departure, but they were both very smooth thanks to the great communication from the management company. The unit was updated and very clean. The beach towels, chairs, cooler and beach cart were very helpful as well. We also enjoyed the gated community with access to bocce ball, shuffleboard, putting green, tennis and pickle ball. All equipment was available for guests to use. There was a coffee shop and a gourmet pizza place within walking distance.

Nice Unit & Area, Very Quiet & Far From Ocean

Bldg 3, 6th floor. The property itself is nice. The views from #606 were beautiful. The building and unit are showing moderate signs of age/use. Grounds are well kept and unit was clean (although several towels had soiling spots). It's located in a gated community (with a guard shack) and keys are required for entry at every door/gate, even to access the beach. Although the bldg does sit on the beach, it is an 8-minute walk to the ocean. Kitchen has everything you need for in-condo dining, but there is nothing within walking distance. No place to shop or grab a quick lunch or coffee/soda/beer. There is a place that rents water sport activity gear on Tiger Tail beach (which is an 8–10-minute beach walk to the north). The bldg and overall area is extremely quiet and shuts down completely after dark. If you're looking for quiet and serene, this is it. If you need more, even a little more, then you'd be better served staying towards the south end of the island.

Lonnnnnng walk to the water

The property was nicely located for ease of traveling. Due to the long walk to the water, a beach cart would be ideal in this unit. It was a long walk on shell covered sand with beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, towels and snacks. We appreciated the chairs and umbrella but the cart could have helped a lot.

The unit was nicely furnished with beach gear such as chairs, umbrellas and beach toys.The master bedroom mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable. Owners should look into better bedding and new linens. The closets were stuffed with sheets and towels that looked old and not fresh.
