This 3-bedroom apartment on Bavaro beach is one of the most budget-friendly and attractive apartments for rent in Bavaro Punta Cana! It hit the top of the Dominican Republic monthly rentals record! This 3-bedroom apartment in Punta Cana is a cozy and fully furnished apartment full of natural light, with impressive views from the balcony and the windows, three bedrooms (2 with king-size beds and 1 with a queen-size bed) and three bathrooms (3 showers). Upon request, we can provide an air mattress so that up to 8 people can comfortably stay at the apartment. You will also have fresh linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel.

A fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you may need for cooking (kitchen utensils and plates, a microwave oven, a fridge, a stove, and a coffee maker). There is a BBQ on the balcony: spend time with your family or friends, enjoying a tasty meal and wonderful ocean views!

I rely heavily on reviews when booking, and since there were none here to highlight some important concerns, I felt it was necessary to share our experience.Starting with the positives: the view from the property is beautiful, and the host communicated well via WhatsApp.That said, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay, particularly regarding the beds and showers. The mattresses were very firm and uncomfortable for all of us. The showers were not fully functional; you had to press a button to switch water flow to the main showerhead instead of the handheld, but the button would not stay engaged, causing the water to stop repeatedly. "frustrating"Access to the property is also a major concern. The final stretch of road 1-mile is in very poor condition, made of crushed concrete, with potholes, and surrounded by ongoing construction with noise. Because of this, excursion transportation will not come down that stretch of street. You should expect about a 12-minute walk through rough terrain, including mud and debris, just to reach a pickup point.I would strongly advise against renting a car. The driving conditions and aggressive driving style in the area are the worst I’ve experienced in my life.Additionally, some of the listing photos are misleading. The bedroom balcony furniture does not match the pictures,there were no cushions on loung chairs and the railings are heavily rusted. The balcony door also does not lock properly once opened.

You are correct about driving here in Punta Cana, is currently unpaved due the new developments in the area, while this is outside of my control I am always pushing the local authorities for improvements. To avoid renting a vehicle, please note we offer VIP transportation to help our guests travel to their destinations and for excursions. Thank you for sharing some of the kitchen photos, we always make improvements at home and a few things could be different, however we strive to offer the same of what we post, there are some missing pictures of other areas of the kitchen that are available in our listing. It was amazing to host you, I hope you visit us again soon to our place and see our improvements!

View to die for!

I loved the place and can’t beat having the beach right there with those amazing ocean views in front of you. We spent an enormous amount of time enjoying the terrace. Shops and food nearby and right downstairs a cute little place for great coffee and snacks.

Amazing view!

It was just one night in the paradise! This place has amazing ocean view and great location. The building is right on the Los Corales beach, it has a few restaurants nearby. You can shared pool within walking distance. We are really appreciate Everything Punta Cana team for their help and great communication! The Coco Bongo show was very fun!!! We will definitely come back here again!

Beware

First of all, the location of this property, and the view, is perfect. The beach is beautiful, and there are several very nice restaurants within walking distance. HOWEVER, this unit does not look at all like the pictures. It is in general disrepair, and it needs updating of all furniture and bedding. There is also definitely a bug problem, as has been mentioned before, and has obviously not been addressed. The roaches appeared instantly upon our arrival, and it became a joke when we returned from being out, that it was "time to scatter"! There was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the first bedroom, and a gas smell in the kitchen. They did send someone check the gas smell, he did a bubble test on the gas tank and said all was fine. The gas smell remained, so we had to leave the kitchen window open.... This is a great size unit, and could be beautiful, but sadly, it is not. Would definitely go back to the Dominican, as the people were lovely, the beach beautiful, and the food was fantastic, but would NOT stay at this property again.

Kimberly, thank you for your feedback. You are right about the view, it's STUNNING! Unfortunately, the biggest problem with beachfront property is also what makes it so special: the ocean.Please note every two months we do a general inspection and update the place to offer our guests a comfortable and nice place to stay. However, the salty water impacts heavily causing damages inside the apartment. As you saw during your visit, the apartment is clean and in proper conditions, although we fumigate it regularly we cannot prevent outside flying creatures to come into the apartment as they are just attracted to light. We warn our guests about this, (especially during this season) and in order to prevent insects, we include spray repellents in the apartment you can use. About the gas and cigarette smell it was not caused inside the property, our team checked carefully and there was not a particular smell in our apartment. Please note for us our guests' safety is always first and in case there was a gas smell we would have decided to move you to another place. For our team, you were a nice guest and we will be happy to host you again. Please note we will keep working to improve the quality in this beautiful apartment and kindly remember we manage other properties in Punta Cana, as you enjoyed our service please feel free to ask us for recommendations for a different property.

It's all about the VIEW and LOCATION!

It's easy walking distance to several restaurants. You are inside the gates of a community, so we felt very safe there's one bedroom with an ocean view. Another bedroom is small without a view and the master bedroom is large but with no view. There's three bedrooms and three bathrooms so it's a good size to share with two other couples. There's not much in terms of items in the kitchen. A small 5 cup coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen could use updating and that would make a huge difference in the property. There were some roaches in the kitchen but they leave you with a can of bug spray. I guess when you're in a tropical climate like that you will have some bug issues. You have to pay for the electric but ours was only $51 for 4 days. We opened up the windows during the day and used the air conditioners at night. I think some of the photos for this condo are actually for some of the other units in the building . Asya was amazing! I think she must work 24 hours a day! As soon as I contacted her, she would get back within 5 or 10 minutes. She needs a promotion! Niks was very helpful, meeting us at the condo and showing us around at check in and then returning at checkout to make sure everything was okay. All in all, even with a few issues, I would stay there again.

Clean Communication Curtails Confusion

While I did enjoy my stay at this property, there were several factors that fell short of expectations. Most notably, the communication with staff. I arranged transportation from the airport to the property through their suggested website. However, the driver they sent got lost and could not find the property for approximately two hours. This was deeply disappointing as I assumed that using their recommended service would be the most safe and secure option. To make matters frighteningly worse, during our time being lost, I made several attempts to communicate with Mark but was unable to actually get a number to for him to talk this issue through. Solely communicating through the messenger feature on the Vrbo app was a bit distressing given the fact that we were lost in an unknown place with a driver who spoke minimal English. Ultimately, I was finally able to communicate with Nika through WhatsApp and the two hour ordeal came to the end. Regarding the property, it was as advertised for the most part. That said, several of the air conditioning units did to work which made for some uncomfortable sleep. Also, there were several instances in which I spotted roaches. These are two issues I would have preferred to not have to deal with while on vacation. Particularly, since they are not a part of my daily life. All in all, the property is ideally located as it is convenient to restaurants and shop and is directly on the beach.

He needed to take another avenue than the usual for some repairs in an Internet company building. As soon as you communicated with us on VRBO, we were able to react quickly and talk with you and with the driver. Please next time if a situation like this occurs advise us immediately and we will make sure to explain every situation and guarantee you do not wait too long. We are sorry for the roaches' situation, Please note we fumigate our properties regularly. However, due to the tropical weather in the Dominican Republic and proximity to the beach, we cannot prevent outside flying creatures. They are just attracted to the light, but as we did we can provide repellents for you to avoid them in the place. Thank you for advising us about the AC so we were able to fix it and guarantee a comfortable sleep for you. AS ADVERTISED!!!...AND MORE!!!

To begin, the photos pale in comparison to being in the actual condo. The way I best describe it is, as you're walking down the beach looking at all the various types of buildings, this is the one that you would notice and say, "I'd love to stay there!" And we did! The booking process was very easy. Vasiliy and his staff were very responsive, available and accommodating with any questions or requests that we had. The staff member that we worked with, Nika was very friendly, polite and immediately responded to any questions that we had. I'm the "low-touch" type and don't need a lot of attention, so the staff gives you as much space as you need without having to sell you on the benefits of the condo - it sells itself. The unit is right on the beach, so you couldn't have easier access. You can slide the entire corner wall of full-length windows open and feel like your a part of the beach. To be able to walk downstairs and immediately be in the sand and walk a hundred feet or so and be in the ocean was incredible! Our sons, who are 15 and 12, don't get overly excited about much but they were absolutely wowed by the condo. The boys each had their own individual bedrooms and bathrooms in addition to my wife and I have our own as well with its own private deck. I like to grill, so it was perfect that there was a gas grill on the from deck/porch that I was able to put freshly-caught fish on in the evenings while enjoying that wonderful ocean breeze. I know I've written a lot and I could go on even longer but the bottom line is, this place is AMAZING!!! The entire family wanted to stay even longer because a week just didn't seem like enough time. So Vasiliy, thanks for an incredible stay and there's no other place that I could stay when visiting Punta Cuna than in the home that you host. Hope to see you again soon brother. Mark

I can’t wait to return

The staff was very friendly & great to work with. The apartment is very big & beautiful. Comfortable beds & linens. You might want to bring extra beach towels because you’ll spend a lot of time there! Bring a lot of sunscreen ☀️🌴 Try not using the ac units a lot since you pay for electricity. We walked to the local markets for milk,eggs, bread, beer, etc. If you need groceries I recommend stopping in Punta Cana at a larger supermarket for a better selection & prices. Talk to Ziggy or Santa about excursions. They’ll be out by the beach chairs. Great guys! We loved the Italian place & popsicles at Joy. We can’t wait to come back!!

There’s no place like ...Punta Cana !!!

May 2019: First time four (4) women renting a place outside the US. The booking and payment process was simplistic. Area felt safe. Immediate responses from the main POC (Vasiliy) was appreciated - even a phone call to ease the worry around one of the bad reviews posted. This is the place to be for beach location and amazing 180 degree views with minimal people; however you will get asked several times from the workers on the beach for services, shopping and excursions. Yes as others have mentioned there are a few nuances (water smell, # of towel sets provided, rust on pots, etc) but if you can prepare for them in advance you’ll spend more time laying back and soaking up the real reason you are in this incredible location. Workers were onsite during our stay and we did notice updates were being made to the upper floor units and I feel this unit will be next. It does need a few minor adjustments; however the unit meets all the essentials. Julia (concierge) and Franklin (maintenance) were fantastic and very quick to respond when needed. Tons of restaurant, shopping and markets within walking distance. I would definitely come back to this property and try a higher floor. Happy booking!

DO NOT BOOK - FILTHY & UNSAFE CONDITIONS

Worst condition of property EVER stayed. DO NOT be fooled by the pictures or the description. My family and I have traveled around the world including many exotic places such as Santorini and Hawaii, even within this past year. I couldn't be MORE DISAPPOINTED. The condition of the property was dirty and UNSAFE for kids. I would not pay more than 20% of what i paid. Here is my experience - where do I begin and end. can not reiterate DO NOT BOOK - 1. NONSTICK pans were rusted and the nonstick layer was about 50% completely gone. This is unacceptable and not save for eating 2. forks were rusted 3. Kitchen is disgustingly directly and desperately needs of a deep cleaning. 4. Advertised there are pantry items - we don't expect to have this available but simple items such as TEA BAGS if you are going to provide should not be expired 5. water cooler was rusted inside when you took it off to change it. 6. patio furniture rusted - if you look across the way, the other properties had nicely kept patio furniture 7. Sulphur water smell - we were unable to sleep as the smell lingers in one of the bedroom where the bathroom was. the other two bathrooms was not directly in the bedroom and the other guests did not have this issue. I grew up on a beach and a simple water filter would have gotten rid of the smell. 8. NO HOT WATER - they tell you to turn on the switch for hot water and only the sinks work for hot water, shower is lukewarm at best. this is a typical complaint if you read reviews through the various bookings on other websites. 9. faucets were rusted or loose and bathroom floors and tiles need a deep cleaning 10. NO WIFI signal outside of the living room. 11. no covers only bed sheets - when we asked for covers, they say bedsheets are more comfortable. bedsheets were grainy - ikea bedsheets that have been washed so many times - that the balling/pilling is rough to the skin 12. furniture including chair covers and frames were extremely dirty 13. ikea towels had stains throughout & 14. curtains were ripped 15. advertised that it sleeps 8 but was provided an air mattress which was changed out 3 times before they finally replaced with a fourth one (brand new) to have any place to sleep for anyone who wants to see proof, you can email me also and have pictures to show. NOT WORTH 20% Of what I paid even though location provided beautiful view and access to beach. we left the house because it was too filthy to stay

Great location. Amazing ocean view. Nice beach. Great check in/out. Electricity as an extra charge though we paid 7 USD total. We almost not used AC. Location is very, very lovely. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Amazing ocean breeze. We had a lot of great moments.

Great ocean view, great apartment, amazing service

It was a very good trip. Everything was great right from the start. Vasiliy helped us to organize VIP transportation. We enjoyed zip lines and hoyo azul tour and took cave expedition. it was awesome. The unit is right on the beach. We had a lot of fun, we spent most of the time at the beach. The apartment is well equipped and has everything what's necessary. We had a lovely stay. P.S. We were charmed by the ocean!

This wasn't experience. It was a love affair from the start. We were literally charmed by the ocean view! The apartment is clean and nice. Because it's so close to the beach. It's on the beach we spent all our time at the beach. Joy restaurant was great place to have a breakfast. We spent had lovely moon massages that Vasiliy helped us to organize upfront in nearby SPA. This was the best vacation. I would love to have this longer!

I loved the area. The apartment is right at the beach. Nice and comfortable. The Ocean view is awesome. I spent a lot of time with my coffee at balcony, reading. Nice small restaurants around. We had parasailing trip. It was fantastic!

Very nice place. Right on the beach.

The Host attention is unbeatable. Vasily is responding messages within seconds. The team is very fast and helpful. Though it's not a 5 star hotel we had 10 star service. Vasiliy helped us to arrange maid. We had great transportation. He helped us to arrange Yacht excursion. It was fun! Take an advantage it worth it. The best beach, chaise lounges, centric location. We had an access to the pool in the area even though it wasn't mentioned at description. Anyway we spend all our time in the ocean it was surprisingly warm and crystal clear.
