Great Condo

Loved the condo! It’s in a great location. Close to ocean & restaurants. Situated where you are close to everything. Clean & well appointed! Loved key pad access as you don’t have to drag your keys with you. Beds are comfortable.

I’d say the pictures of the lanais were misleading as the main lanai appeared to be in a lush garden area with some privacy but our place at 213 was adjacent to a parking lot and trail between properties with much foot traffic. Better clarity about pool access would be good for future renters. The pool pics from above showed various pools that would mislead guests to think more pools are available when they’re not. The parking pass should be paper-issued and not result in a fine for not returning to main office if we accidentally left it in rental car. 100 fine is a bit steep and unnecessarily high.

The greenery photo of the lanai is provided so guests know what it looks like when seated outdoors, while other listing photos clearly show the parking lot adjacent to the condo to ensure expectations are set accurately. For pool access, the listing highlights the pools that are available, and we also include aerial images to help guests understand both the property layout and proximity to the beach and our office. Regarding parking, passes are issued by the property association, and the replacement cost is the same as what we are charged if a pass is displaced. We always recommend keeping the pass in the vehicle to avoid any inconvenience, and we’ll certainly share your suggestion with the association. We truly value your comments as they help us refine the guest experience, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Poʻipū for another relaxing stay.
