Use of the swimming pool and its surroundings PGJyPg • Sunscreen: It is strictly forbidden to use any sunscreens or oils before swimming. The components of these products can seriously damage the pool's probe control equipment. • Swimwear: Swimsuits with metallic or rigid parts that could scratch the glass wall are prohibited. In case of damage, even a single scratch, a flat fee of €2,000 will be charged for wall repair. • Glass and fragile objects: The use of glass containers (glasses, bottles) is strictly prohibited near the pool. If broken, the shards become invisible in the water and create a major risk of cuts. If this occurs, you will be charged €1,450 to cover the cost of repairs (complete draining, cleaning, and treatment products). • Pool maintenance: It is strictly forbidden to scratch the glass wall with any object. Only the owner is authorized to clean the swimming pool and its components. • Technical room: Access to the swimming pool's technical room is strictly prohibited for tenants. 2. Terrace, pool deck, and outdoor areas • Indoor furniture and humidity: It is strictly forbidden to lie down or sit on the cushions of the wicker sofas and on the fabric chairs inside the cottage when you are wet. Chlorine causes irreversible discoloration. Any damage will be charged at €450 per cushion or chair damaged. Sun loungers and outdoor chairs are specifically provided for this purpose outside. • Barbecue and pizza oven: As the cottage is located in a green zone subject to a severe fire risk, the use of the barbecue or pizza oven is subject to the applicable prefectural and municipal regulations. Quiet Hours and Schedules • Quiet Hours (Noise): In accordance with French law, nighttime noise is prohibited. Noise must be moderate during the day, and absolute silence must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Departure Time: On the day of your departure, the gîte must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.
