In the heart of the Fronton vineyard, in an area a little away from the city, the A L'Orée du Roc cottage is a contemporary, independent villa, built on land adjoining that of the owners' home. The house benefits from a large private enclosed garden. A parking area is reserved in the courtyard, as well as a room for parking motorcycles or bicycles. The cottage also offers a covered terrace, which accommodates garden furniture, barbecue and relaxation lounge. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking cottage. Located in a calm and relaxing environment, on the edge of the village, 2.2km from the center of the town of Fronton (shops, services, restaurants, etc.), this cottage will meet the expectations of both professional and holidaymakers. Just 30km from Toulouse and Blagnac airport, guests will find a wide range of activities to entertain themselves: wine estates all around, equestrian center 200m away, tennis, hiking and fishing trails 2km away, cycle path 10km away, swimming pool 17km away, swimming lake with water sports 28km away. The gîte de L'Orée du Roc is laid out on one level: entrance opening onto the living room with American kitchen, dining area and lounge. Pantry/laundry room adjoining the kitchen. A corridor leads to the night area of the house with 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190cm) (1 double bed 160x200cm) (a children's bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm bunk beds + baby bed), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet. Electric heating. Wifi internet connection (fiber). Contemporary villa in the Fronton countryside, surrounded by vineyards, with private enclosed garden and covered terrace!
