Cozy apartment in a beautiful surrounding

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and well-equiped (we did not miss anything). Also, the host was very nice and helped us out very much. Also, there are lots of possibilities in the area to njoy and spend an unforgetteable time!

Beautiful Mountain Oasis

This studio apartment was an excellent choice! It was spotlessly clean, very well-equipped, and its location was an easy 15-minute walk from the center of Oberaudorf. There is a pool and a sauna in the building, and you can order fresh baked rolls from a local bakery at the reception desk for breakfast. You can also do laundry in the building. The owners were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to add a small fan to keep the air moving on hot and humid summer days.

Great 5 night stay at Bergoase

The property was ideal for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself was very well presented as described and was clean and well maintained. The owners were extremely helpful in meeting us on arrival, showing us the apartment and the complex amenities, providing information about the area, its attractions and activities and being available on site when we checked out. The apartment is situated in a purpose built vacation facility which itself is very well maintained and offers a good sized indoor pool, exercise room with good range of equipment, sauna, a beverage dispensing machine and, usefully, a morning fresh bread ordering service. We found the walking excellent and enjoyed our day on the Wendelstein; all in all, a great stay in a lovely, convenient location and one we expect to return to. Sylvia and Rod

Overall an excellent stay.PROS1). Amazing location just north of the Hotel de Ville in Arrondissement 3. 15 minute walk to Notre Dame, 20 minutes to Lourve. Lively neigborhood with cafes, boutique stores, and lots of places to eat of different cousines. You really get a feel for Paris2). VERY responsive host. She answered all our questions extremely timely and the welcome packet was very useful. 3). Well stocked kitchen and linensCONSMost of these are relatively small things and may not be an issue for many people but I feel that is worth pointing out.1). Flat is on the 2nd floor and the stair case is one of those narrow circular French staircases. So, understand if you are traveling with older people where stair climbing is a problem.2). Since we are on the topic of stairs, the stairs to the loft are somewhat steep so some caution is advised when using. 3). The shower and laundroom is accessible by 3 large steps down a corridor from the kitchen. One needs to be very careful when using because of the tile and there is no handrail. 4). The washer / dryer is an all-in-one machine but effectively the dryer is not usable. The host recommended a public laundry around the corner for drying but the in flat hanging rack worked out fine. Just plan ahead that washing will need to air dry.In summary we would definitely consider staying here again but the idiosyncrasies of the flat should be understood.

Es war sehr ruhig, sauber und in 20 Minuten war man zu fuß in Oberaudorf. Das Hallenbad und die Sauna diente zur Entspannung. Bei Regen konnte man direkt von der Tiefgarage ins Gebäude, ohne naß zu werden.

Die kleine Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick in die Berge. Es ist alles da was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Empfehlenswert!

Urlaub mit Kleinkind

Sehr geschmackvoll und intelligent eingerichtetes kleines Appartment. Der Vermieter war persönlich zur Schlüsselübergabe da und hatte tolle Tipps parat, dieweil zum großen Teil umgesetzt haben. In der Wohnung finden sich liebevoll zusammengestellte Ordner, was man unternehmen kann (wandern, mit Kindern, Kultur, Erholung, Restaurants) und reichlich Kartenmaterial und Wander- und Radführer. Trotz Corona gab es ein gutes Konzept, dass man täglich den Pool nutzen konnte. Für Kinder gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tre notti a Oberaudorf

Accolti dal Signor Siegmar al nostro arrino, ci ha accompagnati al nostro monolocale dopo averci fatto parcheggiare nel garage nel seminterrato del grande palazzo-hotel. Il monocale molto grazioso è attrezzatissimo, pulito e completo di tutto. Nel seminterrato si può trovare anche una piscina riscaldata e una sauna che si possono usare liberamente negli orari di apertura. Grazie di tutto Siegmar, Antonio e famiglia

Conditions idéales pour de bonnes vacances !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La résidence est calme, l'appartement est bien équipé, confortable avec une belle vue de chaque ouverture. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine. On trouve tous les commerces à proximité et la région est magnifique !

Schön, praktisch, freundlich, kurz: erholsam!

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Atmoshäre zum Wohlfühlen und allem, was man braucht, sehr nette Gastgeber (danke für die kleinen Willkommensgesten: was zu trinken im Kühlschrank, tat gut nach der langen und heißen Anreise), schöne Anlage, schöne Umgebung: der perfekte Rahmen für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
