Our apartment Lidi with sea views on Marina Veruda, is centrally located and near the beach. Suitable for 2-3 persons.

The heart of the apartment is the terrace with the beautiful view of the small yacht harbor - Marina Veruda.
The apartment has two terraces, a kitchen, bedroom with bathroom and a small room as a reading area or as a third bed.
The location of the apartment is very good, the old town of Pula is reached in a relaxed walk in 20 minutes.
Beautiful beaches are about 500m away and within a few minutes walk.
Our apartment is available year-round, is fully equipped.
Bed linen and towels are included, as well as internet.
In summer, two air conditioners provide the desired cooling in the entire apartment and in winter, it is cuddly warm.

Very nice apartment with wonderful view

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment with a wonderful view from the terrace on the harbour. The host was very kind and professional. Nice beaches and restaurants are close. We can only recommend others to stay here for a relaxing holiday.

Wir waren 9 Tage in Pula und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse konnte man abends toll sitzen. Gefrühstückt haben wir auf der zweiten Terrasse auf der anderen Hausseite. Dort war es vormittags etwas kühler.Die Ausstattung umfasste alles notwendige. Einen Supermarkt mit Bäcker findet man in fußläufiger Entfernung. Alle weiteren Strecken Richtung Innenstadt Pula haben wir mit dem Fahrrad zurückgelegt.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation klappte wunderbar.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Pula sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet & schön gelegen mit einem wirklich fantastischen Blick auf den Yachthafen. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr freundlich empfangen & es gab zur Begrüßung einige Leckereien. Sehr praktisch war auch die in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegene Bushaltestelle für den gelegentlichen Abstecher in die sehenswerte Altstadt von Pula.Ausflugtipps: Kamenjak mit dem Auto (sehr viele schöne Buchten), Rovinj mit dem Boot & Motovun.

Ein toller Urlaub in Istrien

Wir hatten eine Woche tollen Urlaub. Die Vermieterin Lidija war sehr freundlich, hat uns mit Tips zur Umgebung und Ausflügen versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Gerne empfehlen wir diese weiter. Strand, Gaststätten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestellen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Also alles super!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Sehr ordentlich und sauber! Top Kaffeemaschine (Jura) und gute wenn auch kleine Küche. Waschmaschine und WLAN, alles vorhanden was es braucht. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus. Alles bestens! Danke

Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen aber alles zu Fuß erreichbar, essen und Supermarkt. Es gab eine kleine Reparatur was aber sofort erledigt wurde was hoch anzurechnen ist. Die Beschreibung ist zu 100% eingehalten und wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. MfG

Wir denken gerne an unsere zwei Wochen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Milic zurück. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr liebevoll betreut, nicht nur bei der Bootsvermittlung, auch bei allen Fragen bzgl. der Umgebung etc. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders die traumhafte Dachterrasse war jeden Tag ein voller Genuss.
