This single storey, pleasantly furnished villa is located in a pretty French village close to a French restaurant, a beautiful natural landscape and a few km from a large village with shops and a large supermarket. And, of course, you can relax around the house with its large terrace, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The villa, surrounded by rolling countryside, vineyards, is fully equipped. On the right side of the villa is a bedroom with private bathroom and on the left side are the other two bedrooms as well as the second bathroom. In the nearby village you can do your daily shopping and once a week there is a large market. A 10 minute drive from the villa you can find a small lake named: Lac de Jouarres, where you can sunbathe, enjoy water activities or hiking but also enjoy its restaurant.
