(maybe a dolphin or manatees to see!) 2 suite-like bedrooms with a view, screened lanai, plus den/office or 3rd bedroom, a cozy living room with floor-to-ceiling views, spacious kitchen with all the comforts of home. All furnishings are newer. Enjoy all the fun this building has to offer with deck parties, book clubs, and social hours, gym with newer equipment, infinity pool, hot tub, and pickleball! It's resort-style living, every day!!

Beautiful riverside location, fun pubs, nightlife, and weekend entertainment with a Free trolley downtown! Newly refinished pool deck and equipment. Pickleball and tons of events right on the grounds, including happy hours, & food truck Wednesdays, try all sorts of different food trucks. Downtown is back with the music and art walk every 1st and 3rd Friday, rooftop bars, bingo, and breweries!

The beach is a quick, scenic drive straight down McGregor. Enjoy a sunset in Time Square, AMAZING food and entertainment at Nervous Nellies, Doc Ford's, Wahoo Willies! Plus, check out Margaritaville! You may even want to try a day pass there!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Heidi's condo! It is bright, airy, comfortable and perfect for a truly Florida vacation. The complex is well maintained and safe. There are many social events to participate in and I found the full time residents and other renters very friendly. The pool is great! I would certainly stay here again!

Ft Myers downtown

Very nice and Heidi was very helpful. Check in process was hampered by required HOA board approval which delayed our access by a day. Construction on site was dirty and noisy but couldn’t be helped. Loved being able to walk downtown. Overall I highly recommend this location and Heidi!

Sunny retreat

This condo was in an excellent location for what we wanted. Close to downtown and very walkable. Heidi was always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second vacation rental property. We love the Fort Myers area and currently reside in Minnesota. We love traveling to warmer climates and wanted to share the opportunity with others while we are not there! We love the location of this place, everchanging colors of the sunsets, the amazing people/staff, and all the entertainment options of the area and the building, the beach is within 30-40min depending on the season but we happily avoid the season traffic and still have all the fun and sunshine!

Why they chose this property

The views of the river and bridges are stunning! Gorgeous sunsets, the screened-in lanai is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or playing games outdoors. We love the security of the building and the garages. Two bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms, including one soaker tub. The elevator is semi-private and comes up in the foyer. The infinity pool is so relaxing. The shared amenities are gorgeous and include a pool table, a theater, swap/return library, just a short walk to the gym and nail salon. It's a 10-minute walk to downtown, or take a free trolley and go exploring the shops and bars. Oxbow Riverside grill is just a couple of minutes' drive and right next to the yacht basin. Lots of downtown events occur so check the calendar and come have some fun!!!
