Relaxing holiday in our cozy cottage in the countryside with child and dog

We warmly welcome you in our house "Waldhäuschen Zandt" that you and your family offers a nice and relaxing break in the Bavarian Forest. The house was built in massive construction with a Bavarian-style wooden paneling. The Waldhäuschen Zandt is quiet and idyllic location and surrounded by meadows and fields in the outskirts of Zandt in a holiday village.

Our semi-detached house offers you on two levels with a total of about 75 m² everything you need to feel good. In the lower floor there is an entrance hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an open kitchen and the friendly and bright living and dining area with fireplace and adjoining terrace and garden. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms each with private baths. Here are also Sleeps four people. Two other people on the sofa bed in the living room. So can sleep up to six people.

In order to offer our guests an even more beautiful ambience and more comfort, our holiday home since the acquisition in December 2015 is constantly being renovated and improved. In January 2016, it was completely repainted inside and partially equipped with new furniture and floor coverings. The kitchen was renovated in November 2017. In addition, we improve the house continuously.

Our guests will receive a small welcome gift from us upon arrival. In addition, toilet paper rolls and filled soap dispensers are available in all toilets for the first few days, there are dishwashing liquid, as well as a kitchen towel and a dishcloth. Also a kitchen roll and tabs for the dishwasher are available for the first days, so you do not have to go shopping right away.

From the house the next largest cities Bad Kötzting can be reached (about 13 km) and Cham (12 km) quickly. The center of Zandt is about 950m away from the house. Here provides a small supermarket guests with everything they need. You will also find a butcher, a bakery, two hairdressers, a gas station and several restaurants with typical Bavarian cuisine and a pizzeria.

Near the holiday village complex is a new adventure playground in the basement mountain road. The playground is fenced. For parents more seats are available. There is a small soccer field with two goals. Here can exert up to 12 years in football, and children. Also located on the playground, a sand playground and a slide. For young adventurers there is an adventure area with climbing and sliding facilities, a swing, a seesaw and a trampoline. Two other playgrounds are on Weißgraben and Harrling, Schatzberg road.

On the edge of the holiday village complex also has a table tennis table for the younger visitors about it.

In the adjacent forest area is the 750 m long nature education and adventure trail on Kellerberg. There is a long landslide, a seesaw, a nest swing, a cable car and many learning stations, where you will find information about the local flora and fauna.

In the vicinity of the holiday home, guests will find an amusement park, a summer toboggan run, a thermal and outdoor pool, a treetop trail and numerous hiking and biking trails, ski slopes and cross-country skiing. So there is something for everyone.

We know that with us make our guests feel at home and will not miss anything. We both families with children, singles, seniors, couples, as well as dog lovers are welcome.

The house offers on two floors with about 75 m² space for up to six people. Our cottage has a terrace and a small garden on approx 153 sqm. It is very quiet, there are no cars can drive right past the house. The Waldhaus Zandt was repainted in January 2016 and partly equipped with new furniture and there are also some new floor coverings laid, so that our guests can look forward to a cozy and well equipped holiday home.

Our guests have free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.

Duvets and pillows are available in sufficient numbers. Bed linen and towels must be brought.

Kitchen:
 
The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, extractor hood, egg cooker, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker with ceramic hob, oven and large, free standing refrigerator with several separate freezers. In addition, cutlery and crockery and pots and pans are sufficiently available.

In the first bedroom has a double bed with two bedside lamps and a two-door wardrobe with shelves, a chair, a coat rack and a coat stand. To the bedroom belongs a separate toilet with a small sink, so you do not need to go to the ground floor when required and disturbing at night and no one.

The second bedroom has two single beds, an additional TV, a two-door wardrobe with storage compartments, a chair, a bedside table, a small table and two bedside lamps. Also this bedroom has a separate toilet with small sink. We have also attached here a Verdunklungsrollo for our guests. From the window you have a beautiful view of the entire plant and the surrounding meadows and fields.

Garden:
 
Near the house is a terrace, where you can all day enjoying the sun. There are several garden chairs, two chairs, a bench and a table available. You can also use the umbrella or the in-house charcoal kettle grill. The garden plot is completely fenced, so that even parents with small children and dog owners can relax. There is also a privacy screen to the neighboring house available, so privacy on the terrace is guaranteed.

For our younger guests a small passage for the bathroom is available for the kids to better live up to the sink. In addition, a toilet seat, a travel cot and a highchair available.
In the shed at the house is a carriage which can be used at the nearby carriage Berg.

For dogs:
 
The garden is completely fenced, so that the dogs can run free here. For our four-legged guests is a height-adjustable dog bowl in the forest cottage available. This is also suitable for large dogs. Since we ourselves have a dog, dogs are welcome guests with us. A maximum of two dogs may be brought
 on request possibly more dogs. Per dog per night, we charge € 5,00. Should you or dog Dogs want to arrive, then this should already be stated at the time of booking.
At the entrance of the holiday complex is a dog toilet ready, in which the guests remove free Kotbeutel and dispose of the legacies of the dogs. There are beautiful walks right on site, so that you do not have to go for a long time to go for a walk. Dogs are allowed at many destinations and in many restaurants.

General information

Our Waldhäuschen is a Non smoking home. Smoker clients is an ashtray on the terrace.

Arrival and departure times:

On arrival you can choose between 15, 00-17. arriving 00. Departure is at departure between 08 30-09. 30 am done. If you are planning a late arrival, so please inform us at least three days prior to arrival about.

The arrival can be done daily, so you do not have to arrive on the otherwise usual day of arrival Saturday. This way, the rush hours can be avoided during the holidays. Departure on Sundays only after consultation.

parking:

The house has its own, marked parking space in the immediate vicinity (about 20m) of the property. It is to use only the designated parking area. If you arrive with several cars, so are at the beginning of the resort more free, unmarked parking available.

Linen and towels:

Linen and towels and tea towels are not present in the House. Pillows and duvets are available in the cottage in sufficient numbers.

Availability of Waldhäuschen Zandt:

The house must be occupied by the persons stated in the booking. A change in the number of people after booking is only possible after consultation.
