Holiday - rentals Family Warnke

Our apartment offers 60 sqm one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a combined living room with sofa bed (for 2 extra beds), a bathroom and an additional storage room.  In the living area you will find a cozy sitting area, TV and radio also has a fireplace for cozy hours. The bathroom has a bath with shower, a washing machine and toilet. In the modern spacious kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. A terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, a carport and a small children's playground are at your disposal. Guests can also use our sauna house (1x use for free, then charge 5, - € per sauna) or rent bicycles from. A rowboat we be happy to supply free of charge.

Our bungalow and the apartment in Greifswald-Eldena are centrally located between the popular islands of Rügen and Usedom, known by their elongated, white and wide beaches. Greifswald as old university and Hanseatic city offers even on cooler days many distractions, eg. As the cathedral with great views over the entire city, other historic churches, the Pomeranian State Museum, the museum harbor etc. Close to us is the quaint fishing village of Wieck with its harbor and the historic bascule bridge and the monastery Eldena. For surfers and boat owners of Greifswald is a perfect area. You can explore our beautiful surroundings of course by bike. Bicycle rental and boat rentals are possible with us. The downtown and the train station by bus. The stop is in the immediate vicinity.

Greifswald ist wunderschön, die FeWo leider nicht

anbei nur die wichtigsten Aspekte: 1. Das größte Problem ist der Schimmelgeruch im Schlafzimmer. 2. Schimmel findet sich auch im Bad am Fenster. 3. Alle Fenster im Appartement brauchen jeweils einen Mückenschutz. Man kann nicht mal „auf Kipp“ stellen, schon ist die erste Mücke drin. 4. Die Vorhänge dunkeln nicht ab. Ab 5/6 Uhr ist es im Zimmer, trotz des Schattens, zu hell zum Schlafen. 5. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist als Schlafgelegenheit nicht akzeptabel. 6. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nur ein Sammelsurium an Geschirr und Besteck. Pfannen kaum noch nutzbar, Holzlöffel verschimmelt und Plastikbretter angeschmort. 7. Dass die Waschmaschine gegen Gebühr ist, hätte in der Buchung stehen müssen. 8. Entgegen der Ausschreibung hatten wir auch keinen Carport, sondern nur einen Stellplatz vor den Mülltonnen.

Im Großen und ganzen O.K.

Der Aufenthalt war im Großen und Ganzen O.K. Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Check In war problemlos, kleine Wohnung, sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation per E-Mail war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig und abgelegen, tolle Terrasse, TV vorhanden Negativ: Die Waschmaschine, wie im Inserat beschrieben, funktionierte nicht. Dies erfuhren wir, als wir schon da waren. Angeblich ging diese kurz vorher kaputt, eine Information vorab per E-Mail blieb allerdings aus. Auch ein Waschgang sollte zusätzlich noch kosten, das hätte im Inserat stehen müssen. Die Sauna konnten wir ebenfalls nicht benutzen,da die Vermieter selber nicht da waren, auch hier hätte ich mich über eine Information gefreut, da das Wetter nicht das beste war. W-Lan war eine reine Katastrophe, als hätte man den falschen Router genommen, der in einem ganz anderen Haus stand. Auf der Toilette vollen Empfang, in der Küche dürftig, im restlichen Haus keinen Empfang. Was absolut nicht ging, war die Parkplatz Situation. Alles total eng. Einen Parkplatz habe ich nachträglich zugebucht, als wir ankamen, war dieser mit einem Motorrad und Fahrrad besetzt. Nachdem ich den Vermieter eine Email zukommen lassen habe, reagierte er mit, das müsste passen ansonsten soll ich mich vor die Mülltonnen stellen. Wenn ich eine Dienstleistung bezahle, dann möchte ich diese auch nutzen, unabhängig was ich dafür bezahlt habe. Ein entgegen kommen blieb leider aus. Ich hoffe, das sich das für andere ändert. Ansonsten top

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Gut gelegen, nahe am Strand und zum Hafen ist es auch nicht weit. Sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Man fühlt sich wohl.

Ferienhaus Eldena

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung & die Lage war auch super. Wer allerdings mit Haustieren anreist sollte schauen das die Tiere leise sind, Beschwerden der Nachbarn möglich.
