Gemütliches Apartment in perfekter Lage

Ich habe mich in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in der Nähe der Seebrücke und der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war ideal. Gerne wieder!!

Alles wie erwartet

Wir haben in der FeWo 6 schöne Tage verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage, die Nähe zu Seebrücke und Strand sowie der zugehörige Tiefgaragen-Platz. Hinweis bzgl. Einfahr-Breite und -Höhe zur Tiefgarage unbedingt beachten - es geht eng zu. Ansonsten für 2 Personen auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Totale Entspannung in bester Lage

Sehr schön, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr günstig. Einzige Schwierigkeit war, mit unserem SUV in die Tiefgarage zu fahren und dort in den Stellplatz zu rangieren, besonders wenn der PKW des Nachbarplatzes dort stand. Die Parkbuchten sind enorm eng.

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub ... mit kleinen Abstrichen

Der allgemeine Zustand ist leider nciht mehr der Beste. Es müsste unserer Meinung nach, doch das eine oder andere ausgetauscht werden. Gleich nach der Ankunft mussten wir doch einiges an Geschirr reinigen (dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts). Der Staubsauger ist schwer zu bändigen. Er klebt förmlich am Fußboden. (anders einstellen bringt nichts). Der Balkon ist zwar vorhanden, aber ohne Sonnenschutz eigentlich nur für kurze Zeit nutzbar. Wir haben ihn gar nicht genutzt. WLAN hat uns doch sehr gefehlt. Deshalb buchen wir für 2022 eine andere Wohnung. Die Kühlschranktür schließt nur schlecht. Baujahr Anfang der 90er Jahre? Das sollte auch geändert werden. Fernseher: einige HD-Programme, die wir von zu hause als unverschlüsselte Programme kennen, waren verschlüsselt ... warum auch immer. Ansonsten Top-Lage zum Strand und zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Was nicht so schön ist, die Fahrräder müssen im Freien stehen (ohne Dach und sonst. Schutz, von Straße frei zugänglich). In Zeiten, wo immer mehr Menschen teure E-Bikes fahren, finde ich das nicht so toll.
