Open floor plan with 4 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms. Lovely living room very inviting to a great movie. Kitchen appliances very nice also has an air fryer, billet, Kruger, also has a large table for group entertainment. Okay, Asher and dryer. Great deck with patio furniture located 5 5 minutes from downtown

Absolutely Beautiful Property

I decided to book this listing for a quick girl’s weekend getaway. We absolutely loved the property! Very clean and nice. We canceled all of our reservations planned just to stay there and enjoy the property. Communication with the property owner was amazing, he was very responsive and quick. We are definitely planning on booking this property again in June and are recommending it to our families!

Loved it 😍

I stayed here for a weekend for my birthday. The house was amazing and very clean. It was big enough to accommodate everyone that stayed. My friends and I enjoyed this space so much. Made a lot of memories within those two days of staying. The host was helpful with us when came to check in and allowed us to check out a little later. Overall the place was really fun and felt like home. I would book again.

This modern gem in the inner city is the perfect property for a family stay. The basement area was the teenage hangout. The owner was responsive to any issues.

what is unique about "Charlotte Pl"- Prime location, not far from downtown and shops. The house is very well equipped and furnished by owner, also an interior designer . We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleaniness, decor and full service. The house is eqipped with everyhing you will need for your stay including a whole entire suite downstairs.
