The home is much larger and more spacious than it looks from the outside. Like most open-concept layouts, heating the common areas can be a bit tricky but manageable. The host was responsive and easy to work with. The neighborhood might raise an eyebrow at first glance, but don’t let that fool you, the location is ideal. Its proximity made it easy to reach my son and spend time with family, which was a huge plus. And for what it’s worth, the neighbors were friendly… I even met a few during my stay.

The host went above and beyond from my initial inquiry until the end of our amazing trip ! We planned a family visit to attend a cheer competition and the home and amenities were perfect …exactly as described and even better! The home is huge and super clean and has all the bells and whistles and more ! We felt safe and secure in the home as well as within the community as the underage area is under development! I wish I could give this a ten star rating ! When we come back this is definitely our go to ! Location was perfect for convention center as well as museums, restaurants, and more ! Much appreciated!

Everything with the house was as pictured. Check in process was easy and the host was quick to respond with questions I had. We had no complaints about the home. Only drawback on the home is the location! It was close to tourist places downtown which was a plus but I’d recommend checking out the surrounding area via Google Maps. The area around the home is being developed but is still definitely a work in progress. Wouldn’t really spend much of my time outside after dark. Overall nice house and good host gave a 3 star rating only because of location.
