It is home to the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, a major healthcare complex, as well as prestigious medical research institutions. Stroll through the picturesque gardens of the Salpêtrière and visit the Museum of the History of Medicine, which offers a fascinating insight into the evolution of healthcare. You can also enjoy the neighborhood’s quiet cafés and restaurants for a well-deserved break after a day of exploration.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Place d'Italie (lines 5, 6 and 7), is just a 4-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
