The semi-detached house with a total of 519 m² of land has 2 separate apartments, each with garden. It is about 15 minutes to the Baltic Sea through the beautiful coastal forest, to Achterwasser with its marina for about 10 minutes. Doctor's office, shops, railway station and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. Both apartments have 2 bedrooms each and 1 living room with a cozy electric fireplace. There are Non smoking apartments! Free Wi-Fi access is available.

Familienurlaub

Zu viert hatten wir im Haus genug Platz. Die Terrasse lud zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche im Durchgang zum Wohnbereich ist etwas eng, aber es ging trotzdem. Im Obergeschoss waren Fliegengitter angebracht, was einen ruhigen, mückenlosen, Schlaf garantierte. Ohne Auto konnten wir die Supermärkte schnell erreichen. Der Shuttlebus mit netten Fahrern verkürzte mir (67) oft den Weg vom/zum knapp zwei Kilometer entfernten Strand. Mit der Bäderbahn kamen wir in die umliegende Dörfer/Städte. Freie Fahrten waren in der Kurtaxe enthalten, die leider in Ückeritz höher ist als in den anderen Orten. Leider gab/gibt es zu wenig Aktivitäten/Möglichkeiten (Angebote) für unsere 17 und 18jährigen 'Kinder' und sie hatten ab und an Langeweile. Alles in Allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Eine sehr schöne geschmackvolle eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr gepflegter Außenbereich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder. Parkplatz Top Wir haben und 4 Tage wohlgefühlt.

Gute Lage mit Abstriche.

Positiv ist die Lage das man ziemlich zentral ist was natürlich Lärm mit sich bringt. Um 5 Uhr fährt der erste Bus vorbei das dann gefolgt ist von Diversen Anlieferer mit LKW da dies die Zufahrt zur Rehaklinik ist und der Zug mit dem verbundenen Geräuschpegel inklusive Bahnübergang noch dazu kommt. Zum Haus muss ich sagen das auf den ersten Blick alles sauber scheint aber bei genauer Betrachtung leider nicht mehr. Küchengeräte wie Wasserkocher usw. müssten dringend mal ausgetauscht werden. Was ebenso schade ist das man unter Beobachtung der Nachbarn, die ihren Balkon mit Sicht auf die Terrasse haben, sämtliche Aktionen unter deren Blicke ausführt.

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und wie beschrieben. Es sollte jedoch in gleichmäßigen Abständen geprüft werden, ob Alles vollständig (für 4 Personen) vorhanden ist. Uns fehlten z.B. Weingläser. Alle in Allem ist das Ferienobjekt zu empfehlen, man sollte jedoch beachten das das Haus in der Nähe des Bahnhofes liegt, was uns persönlich aber nicht gestört hat.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Gartenanteil. Gut geeignet für Kinder. Ausstattung zureichend. Bus/Zug und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, bis zum Strand fährt sogar stündlich ein Shuttlebus.
