This holiday home in Kölpinsee, newly built in 1999, is situated in a quiet location close to the beach. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the magnificent Baltic Sea beach on the sunny island of Usedom.
In addition to beautiful holiday apartments, the house offers on-site parking, a lockable storage room for your bicycles, and terraces and balconies for your enjoyment.

Whether you’re travelling as a couple or with your family, the two-room apartment located on the ground floor of the villa guarantees you a relaxing holiday on Germany’s sunniest island. The bright living room combines cosiness with the practicality you want on holiday. Both the dining area and the comfortable sofa corner offer space for four people to eat, play, or relax. With an HD flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a small stereo system, you’ll have all the necessary equipment at your disposal.

Or you can enjoy the sun on the balcony with a glass of wine. The kitchen, integrated into the spacious living area, is so well-equipped that even larger dishes are a breeze to prepare.

You’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the spacious bedroom, which also has room for a travel cot. The multi-door wardrobe provides plenty of space to store your luggage. A comprehensive linen package is included. And in the bathroom, you can relax and take a shower.

In this family-friendly apartment, during seasons A through C, there is no extra charge for an additional bed for children up to 6 years old. This makes it the perfect apartment for a holiday with the whole family or for relaxing days with Grandma and Grandpa on the Baltic Sea.
