What a gem! A beautiful , peaceful, comfortable surroundings! Great for cooking and chilling! A short walk to an incredible beach! Beautiful bird-watching and nature on the pond! Views everywhere ! Host was great!

We loved the house and if we'd visited under different circumstances. We booked this house to be close to my daughter's wedding venue and we had more luggage than usual that needed hanging.The house is cute and filled with a lot of things which made it crowded for our luggage and outfits needing hanging/pressing during our stay.Other than that, the house is great and the host is absolutely lovely.

Great location for visiting Boston. It's a short ferry ride and no worries about parking in the city. Hull is lovely town with good restaurants and beaches. Karen is so nice and very helpful with recommendations of places to go.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Cute place for a family stay. Older home, but comfortable, accommodating and well stocked. Really enjoyed sitting in the yard, watching moon rise over the pond after a walk on the beach.

Wonderful house with a beautiful backyard right on the pond. Great views. We loved that the beach was a 1 minute walk away. House had great artwork and was cozy. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Great experience!

My Family and I were in Boston for Spring Break and staying at this lovely home made our experience so much better than being in a simple Hotel room.This home has a TON of charm. Lots of fun things to do like Darts, Table Ping Pong and lots of great books to read! The home is a bit dated but there in lies it’s charm. The manager Karen was an EXCELLENT host and messaged me right away.If you’re staying near Boston, this home in Hull Massachusetts is a MUST!

The location and sites around this property are beautiful. The house is rustic with a lot of character. The beds are comfortable and there are ample supplies for beachgoing.

I thought the property was very dated,a lot of clutter for my liking,the host Karen was very friendly and gave us lots of info for what was going on in the hull the week wee were there,one of the rooms was not as advertised,it was advertised as a double room with queen bed and a sofa bed,it wasn't! The house has the potential to be absolute cracker of a house to stay if only it was given a makeover and all the clutter removed.
