Awesome Beach House with Private Yard

Loved this Beach House with an outdoor shower and private yard. A short walk to the beach, and everything you need to enjoy it. Chill on the back yard swing, and enjoy the wildlife and nature.

Cape Canaveral Visit

Billy was very communicative and accessible whenever I had questions! The space was lovely and being able to walk to the beach was a joy! The outdoor shower and tile floors were SO nice to keep the sand effects to a minimum.

My name is Billy and I own and operate a water sports store in the area specializing in kiteboarding and hydrofoiling. I have lived all over Florida but find the Space Coast a very special place. I have a good knowledge of the area and love offering spaces for people to come visit or live.

Why they chose this property

We spent a good deal of time going through this property and trying to cover all the bases for everything you may need. The area is quiet and a quick walk to the beach. But you can easily jump on 528 and shoot over to Orlando if you are looking for that city experience.

What makes this property unique

This property is special due to its quick proximity to the beach and quick access to restaurants and more. It's not uncommon to find wild Peacocks roaming in the front yard or to be surprised by a rocket launch shaking the house. The property has two separate buildings both with their private yard and space.
