The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
After using grill makesure it's clean. Also makesure to put back the grill cover after grill cools down. For longer staying guest, it is your responsibility to replenish the gas tank before leaving.
Do not put wet towels or clothes in the washer after coming back from the beach. Makesure they dry outside and not full of sand, before putting them to wash.
If use the outdoor chairs, makesure to bring them back inside to prevent rust damage from Florida's harsh weather. Don't leave them outside when you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Read the rules list on refrigerator and comply. Make sure to leave the house tidy. Do not slame the front door. Report any damage or broken items.
Must clean the grill/grease pan. After use put cover back when it's cools and keep it on until next use. Empty tank must be replaced by guest to use
Bring back chairs and umbrella inside, all doors, windows locked, coffee pot, toaster unplugged, trash pick up Tuesday and Friday. Set AC on 80.

It's a short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes, where you can watch rockets launched from Cape Canaveral.

The location was perfect, with a short walk to the public beach. We had a very minor issue with the house, and when we reached out to the host, she responded within 10 minutes. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely choose to stay in this location!

Good place Great neighbor

The place was good. a lot of upsides (very clean, nice amenities) and only had a few complaints (tap water tasted funny, occasional odd smell, some bathroom drains didn't drain well). Recommend booking during the winter if you want a great neighbor. the owner seemed to care about the place so my complaints are likely to be addressed.

Hey thanks Brennen for your review. Sorry about the water testing funny. In city of Cape Canaveral tap water is not the best to drink, that is why there was a filter jug on the counter for guest to use it. I thought you might used that for yourself during your stay. Yes bathroom update is going to happen soon when I can get better price. As we all know everything is so expensive this days. Thanks again.

The Good , the bad , the ugly.

The good: the check-in process was easy. The bad: the neighborhood on the other side of the fence was extremely ghetto. Definitely don't walk around the neighborhood at night. The ugly:The owner tacked on unwarranted charges for items they claimed were broken but weren't. An extremely unethical way of increasing profitability. A very shady owner who will be reported to VRBO. Use caution on this property.

The place was clean but extremely outdated . Stains were all over the living room table . Atrocious and dangerous for kids with the disgusting table and glass in the middle . All furniture was dated and uncomfortable. Color scheme is horrible . Neighborhood was said to be near beach but was several blocks . I got the impression the beach was in the back yard and it was not . Parking was a problem for my sister in law . I paid 10 nights and stayed 3 and I didn’t expect a refund but certainly didn’t expect another huge charge. We even had to wash towels and sheets . My sister was a property manager for beach front property and was shocked at the accommodations for the money I myself didn’t feel safe there thus only 3 years nights . My sister came for one night and could not wait to go home . I am also a former nurse and very much aware of microbiology and would never leave a mess ! The back yard had weeds sky high . Awful environment and I was a property manager for my vacation condo and know what it’s suppose to be !!! In my opinion I would never rent from her . She’s trying to sell this place and hope someone else buys it that would take care of it .

First of all, this guest is extremely ungrateful. She canceled her first reservation in April, i refunded money. She rebooked it for end of May, then she delayed her check in for a week and i accommodate her nonrefundable reservation. She ignored very house rules. Rude to my neighbors. Her guest took over neighbors parking spots. By delaying her check-in week later, i lost potential renter. Even though it was my choice to let her check-in late.because I was trying to accommodate her. She didn't have to check out early, but she did. Nobody asked her to and she didn't even notify me either. My place is very updated. I have good reviews from other guest. This guest lies. Everything is she said in her review is not true at all. I will never rent her again. I guess this what i get for being nice hostess and accommodating person like her. She thinks she's a princess. Never again.

Three month beach stay

Loved our time at the townhouse. Great location. We walked to the beach in beautiful Cape Canaveral often. Condo had everything we needed for our three month stay and Kali responded immediately to any inquiries we had. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Lots of Wonderful places to dine,dance and enjoy the evenings.
Beautiful beach to take a walk enjoy sunrise ,sunset...

What makes this property unique

Being close to beach, its the best feeling to be able to walk on the sand and feel the sea air on your face.
Of course you can surf, Kite surfing and boogie boarding.
If you want to enjoy the Kennedy space center or go for a go cart ride, its all close by.
Watch the Manatees in the park.
Go fishing off the pier.
Play Volleyball, Hit golf balls or play 18 holes.
Disney World is only 45 minutes away if you want a day trips, Best of both worlds.
The Disney cruise ships are just a few blocks away. Watching the boats come out of the pier is also a great sight.
Daily casino cruises , or Fishing boat excursions.
