Adorable Modern Patio Bungalow Near Downtown Tampa
Located in the heart of Tampa Heights. Modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a full size kitchen and living/dinning room area as well as an outdoor patio area.
Centrally located and only 10 to 15 minutes from most major Tampa attractions like Busch Gardens, downtown, Raymond James stadium, major area hospitals, airport and only 45 minute day trip to the beach!
The space
Two bedroom, 1 bath, washer and dryer, full kitchen, living room, fenced in back yard patio.
Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu among many other options.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house outside of an owners closet that we use for storage.

No Parties allowed, please. If it is discovered you are having a party you will be forced to leave and not refunded.
Parking:
Parking is available on the gravel driveway along the side of the house. If necessary, free street parking in front of the house is also allowed.
Sound:
-You are welcome to come and go at all hours, but please be courteous to our neighbors.
Smoking:
Please no smoking of any kind inside the house. Outside is fine just please pick up any cigarette buts.
Underage drinking
No one under the legal drinking age of 21 is allowed to consume alcohol on the premises.
RING Doorbell and cameras on exterior of property. House comes equipped with top of the line ADT security.
*Lawn Maintenance is bi-weekly but varies with weather.
Neither company will enter the home but they will have access to the yard to complete the services.
