Cozy lower-level condo one mile from Steamboat Resort. The free bus line to the resort is right outside the condo (10 min ride). Enjoy all Steamboat offers in a quieter setting (only four condos in the building). Three bedroom, two bath, open concept living, kitchen, and dining space. One king bedroom has an en-suite bath, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom. The third guest room has a single-day bed and a set of bunk beds. If desired, the lower bunk can be converted to a king bed, or you can pull the trundle bed out for another single bed.

This condo is the perfect blend of a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to the resort. Hop on the free bus shuttle in front of the building and reach the mountain in 10 minutes or continue downtown without worrying about driving. The driveway can fit up to 3 vehicles (must be parked tandum). The condo is fully stocked with everything you will need on your vacation.
