Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. Accommodation: The Agence des Orres offers this 35 m2 mountain apartment located in the heart of the shopping square of the Orres 1800, in the residence "Les Erines" of the Hauts de Préclaux, close to all amenities: bakery, superette, restaurants, souvenir shops, ski rental...Located on the 1st floor, it consists of an entrance with storage leading to the night corner with two single beds 80 x 190 cm and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The living room consists of a living room with sofa bed and TV, a kitchen area fully equipped to feel like at home: filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, ceramic glass hob, refrigerator, microwave, raclette machine, fondue and electric crepe maker, etc...In the master bedroom you will find a double bed 140 x 190 cm for a total capacity of 6 people. You can enjoy the sun of the South Alps from the south-east facing balcony, furnished with a table and garden chairs; and overlooking the shops of the square; as well as a private ski locker on the ground floor to store your ski equipment and access a few meters to the ski slopes.And to relax after your sporting activities, you will enjoy unlimited access to the wellness area of the residence: heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness room (open in season only, summer and winter). To park without hassle, this accommodation has its own location in the underground parking lot of the Mélèzes d'Or; allowing direct access to your apartment by the elevator.
