Studio cabin of 27m² with optimal layout comprising a living area with lounge equipped with a sofa bed (160cm), a television, internet access (Wi-Fi), and a dining area opening onto the terrace with sea view.
The room is also equipped with air conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, SENSEO coffee maker and kitchen utensils.
Separated by a curtain, a cabin area with 2 bunk single beds and storage.
The modern bathroom comprises a large shower and the toilets are separate.
A 6m² terrace with full sea view.
A parking space is at your disposal.
Laundry facilities within the residence.

Un séjour très agréable
Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec la crique, la plage, mais aussi la piscine et les petits commerces ! Assez régulièrement, nous sommes également descendu à pieds dans Sète.
Étant donné la chaleur, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'ombre sur le balcon dès le début de l'après midi ! De même, la proximité avec la piscine, tout en en restant isolé, nous permettait d'y aller essentiellement pour nous rafraîchir.
La literie du canapé serait certainement à revoir surtout pour nos dos, ainsi que pour le bruit occasionné lorsque chacun de nous se tourne.
