About Latitude Adjustment
Latitude Adjustment is a gorgeous home with an open-concept floor plan. On the main level, guests will find a living area with comfortable seating perfect for enjoying a movie after a long day on the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating. There is a dining table to seat 8 for guests to enjoy a meal together. The spacious balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the salty sea air.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the main level of the home. Bedroom #2 features a king bed, an attached bath, and an LCD TV. Bedroom #3 has a king bed with an LCD TV and is located right next to the hallway bath. 

On the second level, guests will find the master bedroom, along with bedrooms 4&5. The master is equipped with a king bed to sleep 2, a spacious ensuite bath, and an LCD TV. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each feature a twin/full bunk and share a Jack-N-Jill bath. 

About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Great place for our girls trip!

We picked this property for our annual girls trip and we were not disappointed. We prefer locations that are tranquil and this was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and all the amenities a family/group will need.

Great Stay

Very nice house!

This house was nice and roomy for our group of 9. Between staying at home and watching the alligators in the pond out back, or taking a short walk to the beach, we all enjoyed our stay!

The view out of every window was amazing. Decorating and fixtures get A+. Kids loved the gator and turtles in pond. Short walk to beach.

Totally enjoyable time

Check-in was super easy. House is very new looking with plenty of room for our large family. About 100 yard walk to the beach, which wasn't bad. Could drive if there are parking spaces available. Had a wonderful time

Very nice location

Very nice location and easy access to beach. The ice maker produces very little ice so have more ice on hand. We had a family of 12 and preparing evening meals were a little challengiing- need more bigger pots . AC worked like a dream, rooms were very roomy, and we loved the wrap around porch

Perfect home go the beach

We have been on several vacations. However we always stayed in condos. This house was perfect. Three bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs. We had plenty of room for all 13 of us that visited. You can hear and see the ocean from the front porch. I would say this home will be visited again by us in the future.

Perfect for two families

This is a well-maintained property perfect for two families (or one big one!) who want to be near the beach, but don't want all the bustle of staying at a resort. Only a short walk to beach access and the pool! We also appreciated the plentiful king beds and spacious patio. Just ensure your party stays away from the pond behind the house, we saw some alligators! However, the house is on a raised platform, so we never had any trouble with them. All in all a fantastic vacation spot. Highly recommended!

Great Place

I am very picky about property being clean and this place was immaculate. It provided plenty of room for three families. Easy walk to beach,great friendly neighborhood,pictures in VRBO of unit were accurate. We would definitely book again. My only minor complaint was some of the patio furniture was worn out and cooking utensils pots and pans needed upgrading. It would not stop me from booking again! We had a great week!

Relaxing Family retreat with easy walking to the beach

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The house has a great location with almost equal short distance walk to one of the community pools and the beach, which we spent our days enjoying. The home was very clean and well laid out. We had 10 people, 5 adults and 5 kids, and everyone had plenty of space to stay. The jack and jill bathroom and the two bunk bed rooms were perfect for our kids. The master bedroom suite was amazing. Very spacious and huge walk in shower. Having 3 king beds in the house worked out well for all the adults to have the space they need. The kitchen had all the needed appliances and a huge bar for prep. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not well stocked with pots and pans. It did have some smaller pots and bowls, but honestly needed to have larger ones to support the number of people the house holds. The cooking utensils were also very limited, but we made do. We definitely recommend investing in at least a crockpot. The dining table was very large and fit our family well. As it was open concept, it flowed to the smaller living room. That was almost completely taken up by the sectional couch. The couch was very comfy and while we enjoyed these pieces of furniture, the walk space between the dining table and the couch is kind of narrow but manageable if paying attention. The wrap around porch was awesome with great views. They had plenty of chairs as well to relax. Overall great property, would be 5 stars with more kitchen items.
