Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had three families, so lots of adults and even more children. This house had space for us all, great water pressure and water heater, the kitchen had everything we needed, and was within walking distance to the back, both pools, and the tennis court. Space enough for all of us to park our 3 trucks & a good cart, but probably could've fit a couple more small cars. Very clean too! I would recommend this house to anyone.

The breaker kept tripping turning the air upstairs off, they had it figured out and fixed within a day. She kept in touch the entire time checking in us!

Above and Beyond

My parents, my sisters, our spouses and kids all had a fantastic vacation! We all live in different states so coming together in this home for the week was so nice! The bunk room was a hit for the kids. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. There were spaces for everyone to hangout. The community was quiet and friendly. The wildlife was fun to watch from the porches. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook everyday. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far. But the reason we will be back is the property manager, Mrs Gail! She went above and beyond for us, was so kind, she really cares.

I enjoyed staying at this house. It was as described and I loved that my family could spread out. There were lots of beach goodies in the outdoor space that could be used--a couple wagons, some beach chairs, and boogie boards which my kids loved. Pretty close to both pools and about a 4 minute stroll to the beach. Loved that it was on a cul de sac--my kids enjoyed riding their bikes there and trying to fly a kite! Our host was incredibly responsive to any needs or concerns we had!

We love the neighborhood. Host was helpful and communicated well. Plenty of rooms for three families. Nice outside area once we cleaned it up. Would definitely stay here again.
