The garden house Belvedere is located on the same grounds of, located in the second row to the beach promenade, Villa Belvedere in the seaside resort Bansin. A 5-minute walk will take you to the pier and the center of Bansin. The location can be described as particularly attractive. Many restaurants and café s invite you to linger. Near the sprawling beech forest begins. There are no limits to hiking and biking. The car parking space to the apartment is located at the house. Parking for bicycles are unfortunately not available.

This cozy 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor with a sunny terrace. In the living area, a couch, coffee table and TV. Adjoining the living area kitchen is furnished with a dining table and has a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker ect. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, vanity and a shower. A parking space is available on the property. Please note that children are only allowed from 12 years in this apartment.

Ruhig und Zentral in Bansin

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles vorhanden und in neuwertigen Zustand. Kurze Wege in das Zentrum und zum Strand, Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe, es hat uns sehr gefallen. Es wäre schön, wenn eine Zahlung über Kreditkarte oder PayPal möglich wäre. Sollte heute eigentlich Standard sein. Sonst aber sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation zum Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
