Enjoyed our stay
Unit was very nice and accessible to many points of interest in the area.
The condo had been recently renovated top to bottom. It was the perfect size for my wife and me. It was very convenient for us based on its proximity to our daughter's house in North Scottsdale.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was comfortable, very clean and the location was perfect for our spring visit to Arizona. Easy access to amenities, Cave City, local hiking trails, and Scottsdale. Our little dog loved it too! Jill was super responsive to our queries. Would recommend this home and we are very likely coming back again later in the year.
This was a great place for us to spend 6 weeks away from cold Colorado weather. This is a nicely decorated and furnished unit. Jill is a good communicator and took care of any issues in a timely manner.

This was our home until we found a place to live here in AZ. Jill was so accommodating and sweet. The place was immaculate! Her remodel is so cute!!! We would totally stay here again and or suggest someone to stay here.
The property was very nice, well appointed. The garage was a plus, nice outdoor patio area. The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery store and restaurants. If I was rating the property only it’s 5 stars.
But one of the big selling points for us was the community hot tub. My husband would use it every night if he could. It was working maybe 75% of the time (we were there 29 days) between the water level dropping every day, being cold a few days and being down to 2 working jets by the time we left, that part was disappointing.
The home was in excellent condition, modern and well equipped. Having a private yard and are own garage were additional benefits. The community is private and quiet and convenient to Highway 51. Thank you Jill

Hello! We are Jill and Chris Rich. We purchased this home in August 2021 knowing it would need to be completely gutted and remodeled. . . Which is something we love to take on every year or two. We currently have 3 active VRBO properties and enjoy hosting as if each visitor was our personal guest. We live in Phoenix and have a Fly-Fishing store about 2 miles from this townhome, so we can check in as needed.
Why they chose this property
This property is located in North Central Phoenix -- close to the 101 and SR51 for easy access to all other areas of the valley. It is in a private community that is primarily occupied by private homeowners, which is why we like to personal accept our guest and prefer longer stays. The home is on a no thru street, so traffic is only those 4 units at the end. The well-groomed mature landscape, pool area with hot tub makes this complex appealing to locals. The unit has a private garage that connects thru a private courtyard with French doors off of the Kitchen as well as the Living Room. This makes for an amazing open, fresh air feel.
