This amazing condo is located downtown right in the heart of Saugatuck! Park your car and walk just about everywhere - shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and the harbor. The Loft offers 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 3 decks with views, a large fully stocked kitchen, dining area, work desk and area, large living room, and one off-street parking spot. (we offer secondary car parking off-site) We'll allow a pet with preapproval. Please note the use of stairs is required, as this is a second floor property.

Right downtown, steps to everything. Beds were super comfy and the place was clean and spacious.

Primo location

This is beautiful unit in the heart of downtown. You can comfortably walk everywhere from this location. Both bedrooms have their own full bath & sitting balcony. The balcony out front is large with beautiful lake views. I gave a 4 on cleanliness because as a pet friendly unit you really can’t escape dog hair even after it’s been clean.

Great Location in the middle of Saugatuck's Social District

Great location close to everything. This 2nd floor loft condo has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Using the provided air mattress provided plenty of space for our group of 6 plus our dog. Walking distance to souvenir shops and restaurants (many options for both) and right upstairs from Charlie's Ice Cream. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading a book and listening to the sounds of the town below. Oval beach was a short drive (we went almost every day) and the nearest grocery store we found was in Douglas which was also just a short drive. Helpful property manager/owner who willingly answered the few questions we had.
