There is also a covered deck/porch off the back of the building, which is where you will find your personal entrance and designated parking space #3. Check-out is 11:00 SHARP, to allow staff time to clean. There will be a $25 charge for every 30mins the room or parking space remains occupied.
Due to strict occupancy restrictions, ONLY guests of RNR and the Ship n Shore Hotel are allowed access to the pool and hot tub.

Compact yet efficient modern unit with several amenities in a great location. Newer or newly renovated unit near great restaurants, water, bike paths and parks. We biked and walked everywhere. Small rather barky dog in lower unit, but otherwise quiet and relaxing.

What a perfect place to stay in Saugatuck! We were here for 5 nights with our two small dogs, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach chairs. The location could not be better! We were just a couple minutes walk to the river, the waterfront restaurants, a park where they had live music, and all the great shops. We enjoyed the pool across the street at the Ship N Shore Hotel, so that was a nice perk. We loved the beach at Saugatuck Dunes State Park, which is just a 10 minute drive away. The owner , Robyn, was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely stay in one of her properties again!

Perfect location

Our nest was a perfect, cozy stay in the heart of Saugatuck. My husband and I enjoyed a great anniversary stay over the Fourth of July. We could enjoy the downtown atmosphere and then retreat to our nest to escape the crowds.

We had a great experience here! The condo was clean and perfect for our weekend away! The air conditioners worked well and the wifi was fast! Great location. So many shops and restaurants within just a couple blocks. We also enjoyed just walking the neighborhood and looking at the architecture and trees. We took the 20 min drive to go up and visit Holland and the waves of Lake Michigan too. Very nice little trip for our anniversary.
