Bright and cheery 2-story, 2- bedroom, 2-full bathroom house located right downtown in the quaint city of Saugatuck. Park your car in the space provided and walk everywhere - to the riverfront, shopping, entertainment, the best food in West Michigan, and all the sites Saugatuck has to offer. Take the ferry across the river and visit our local museum, get your workout on 282 stairs to an absolutely stunning view of the harbor and surrounding area, and Oval Beach. We offer a full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes you need to put together meals onsite. You'll also find a washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bathtub), 2 queen beds, and a dog run. We offer a full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge. In middle of a Parking lot / loud

literally a condo in the middle of parking lot.constant car traffic pulling and out of parking lot all night. No grass on patio. Extremely loud and music blasting ALL night past midnight. The condo was clean. Location was great and had towels shampoo conditioner. No soaps. No curtains on the bedroom windows, super bright and flood lights all night. Reminded me of a college apartment.

Gem in Heart of Saugatuck

Over 20 yrs of visiting Saugatuck and we may have found our favorite place to stay..finally! The location is absolutely perfect, and we loved not having to move our car unless we were going to get groceries or for a drive along LSD. The cottage is clean, not cluttered, comfortable, and despite being in the heart of town it's not loud at night, which is amazing. Our dog loved the little yard and the people watching, we loved the location and space and carefully appointed decor. Unless we are in town with a big group I'm pretty sure this is the only place we'll want to stay in Saugatuck.

Memorial Day family vacation

We found this property last minute and it was such a blessing. We had a great time. We could walk everywhere. The host gave us a lot of great suggestions. The place was clean and had all we needed. We would definitely recommend it. We would even return to the same.

Mason St. Loft Apartment

Very nice apartment, very comfortable, updated, and right in the center of Saugatuck. Everything worked well and communicating with Lisa was very easy. Balcony overlooking Mason St. was very nice to get some sun, have drinks and watch the downtown Saugatuck activity.

Great stay

We stayed for several nights in July- the experience was fantastic. The cottage is super cute, very clean and great taste in interior decoration. A cute porch and garden to extend the summer relaxation. The location- right in downtown Saugatuck- is very hard to beat. Second/minutes away from outstanding restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, shopping, waterfront. Quick drive to the renowned Oval Beach. Communication with Lisa the owner was great. We left behind some toiletries and a book- Lisa offered to send it and shipped without any issue. Really outstanding service. 100% recommend this for a family getaway to enjoy Saugatuck and western Michigan joys!
