Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist gut eingerichtet( Töpfe, Pfannen,Besteck Gläser...... alles vorhanden).Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, welcher regelmäsig gereinigt und überprüft wurde. Die Besitzerin, welche im 1. Stock wohnt und ihr Sohn sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend aber jederzeit erreichbar wenn man etwas braucht. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt. Ein kleines Manko ist, das es nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage gibt und nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Im Bad mit Wanne wäre ein Duschvorhang von Vorteil. Am Strand von Liznjan ist man mit dem Auto in 3 min. und in Medulin in ca. 10 min.Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Espressokanne bis zum Mückenspray, es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Wir wurden spontan früher empfangen, als wir uns angekündigt hatten. Die Vermieterin und ihr Sohn sind supernett, immer erreichbar, nie aufdringlich. Und es gab sogar einen Willkommens- und einen Abschiedsgruß. Und der Pool... ein Traum!Immer wieder gerne😊

Perfekte Unterkunft

Sehr große gepflegte Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung ( WLAN, Küche, Mückenschutzgitter , Klimaanlage, TV usw... , Pool sehr sauber, Grillplatz top. Wie ein eigenes Ferienhaus... Vermieter wohnt im 1. Stock, immer hilfsbereit aber nie aufdringlich. sehr großer Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück
