Begin with an ocean view of Banderas Bay. In a couple minutes you are at Los Muertos Beach. Close to everything you are in Puerto Vallarta to enjoy - restaurants like La Palapa and Belvedere and beach clubs like The Blue Chairs, Ritmos, Almar and Sapphire. Decks off the front and rear of the unit. On the roof deck, there is an Infinity Pool, Jacuzzi, two cabanas with magnificent views of the ocean especially when the sun is setting. There is also a space on the roof deck for grilling.

This is a hidden gem of a building. Newer construction, and quiet with a fantastic rooftop pool, sundecks, grill and entertaining area. The unit itself was clean, lots of glass for an open spacious feeling, nice deck. It's well appointed, and modern. The management company was attentive and responsive. Unit is accessable without climbing stairs, rare for the area with good security. Easy access to the beach and old town. We would go back without hesitation.

We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for 25 years. The building is the best in zona romantica. Don’t hesitate to book this property or particularly this unit.

lovely condo, although I knew it was up a hill,I didn't realize that much of a hill!! Anyway it was good cardio. I could have done without the beating, blasting music from the blue chairs pool that lasted all afternoon most days. Nice and quiet during the night though.

Perfect Spot for 2

The condo was very nice. Clean, as described in the listing and perfect size for a couple. They have a concierge service that was very helpful for check in/out and was very quick to respond to text messages. The location was good. This was my first time to PV so wasn’t sure where to stay. It’s right across from the gay beaches and a 10-12 min walk to where all the LGBT action is. It was nice to be close enough to everything but not in the middle. At night sometimes it was a bit much to walk up the hill after a couple cocktails but helped burn a lot of calories from eating and drinking all week. Will definitely consider this again next time I travel to PV

Have stayed at this property five times now and it’s just amazing. The new Reno’s have modernized the space. Amazing location near blue/green chairs beach. Great balcony and back patio. Awesome rooftop infinity pool, perfect for catching sunsets. Lorenzo is always responsive and the property managers are organized and good communicators. Will stay there again!

Perfect for our vacation

We loved it here. Highlights of our stay: 1. View of the ocean from our balcony. 2. Quiet BR location on opposite side of building but below the freeway noise. 3. Rooftop pool and sun deck. 4. Easy access to everything while being away from the hustle/bustle. 5. Comfortable bed. 6. Washer and Dryer! Highly recommend! (Except not when we want to rent it).

Nice condo in very convenient location for the beach area. Well equipped kitchen. Condo is not real high up & construction nearby is reducing views so that is the only concern if it is a high priority.
