• WiFi access through the entire house
• Four private bedroom featuring king and queen size beds, as well as, one queen 24" air mattress. All of which can accomodate up to 10 people

Guest access
The house is located in the Pocono Farms Country Club Association (PFCCA), which is a non-gated community!
Guests will have access to community amenities such as:
• An Olympic-sized pool
• Lake and beach area
• Basketball and tennis courts
• Golf course (additional fee)
• Restaurant and more

Guests will be provided with personalized badges to enjoy community amenities and activities. Up to 6 badges will be included in you reservation. Additional badges will be $8 per additional badge. Badges are only issued at PFCCA administration office. Please keep their location and office hours in mind for your visit. The office is a short 3 minutes drive from the house.
Other things to note
• You must be 21 or older to make a reservation
• The max capacity of this house is 10 people
• Only guests that are accounted for on the reservation are allowed. If additional guests arrive during your stay, you will be asked to leave or additional charges will apply
• You will need to provide names and birth dates of each guest in the reservation for community amenity badges

Community pool and beach rules are as follows:
• Water and non-alcoholic beverages may be brought into the pool area in plastic bottles
• Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted in the pool area
• Pool furniture is available for your use. Please practice social distancing between family groups
