Each of the charming bedrooms has super comfortable mattresses and cozy linens to ensure your comfort. You’ll find plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the house.
The primary bedroom is on the 3rd floor and home to a king-sized bed plus a smart TV to help you unwind after a great day in the Poconos.

Across the hallway from the master bedroom, you will find the 2nd bedroom with twin beds, with trundles ( 4 single in total ) perfect for the kids!
Between the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom you’ll find a full bath with a bathtub/shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are all provided!

On the 2nd floor you will find 2 bedrooms with comfortable 2 Queen-sized beds. The 2nd floor is also home to the 2nd bathroom with an elegant floating vanity and extra wide sink. The bathroom also comes with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

On the first floor you will find another bedroom with Queen Size and the 3rd full bathroom with a shower, floating vanity with a beautiful top mounted sink. This bathroom also comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

The indoor living space is a warm and cozy place to make special memories with your whole group. The full kitchen, located on the 2nd floor, is well-equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including stainless steel appliances, cookware, tableware, and utensils. The kitchen island is a perfect spot to hang out while snacking and preparing the family meal or start the day with that morning coffee jolt. The kitchen is open to the dining area which easily fits 8 people at the dining table plus space for 2 more at the adjacent granite kitchen island.

Light the wood burning fireplace in the living room to set the ambiance for that family meal or relax on the couch, and play your favorite games or just enjoy each other's company.

If you are looking to unwind and stream your favorite shows or movies, the 1st floor is home to the 2nd living room and comes with a 46” smart tv.

The large 2nd floor porch is one of the highlights of this property. Lovingly decorated and furnished with comfortable outdoor seating options, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors. Fire up the propane BBQ and enjoy that group dinner al fresco at the table that seats 10! After dinner, curl up on the deck lounge furniture and take in all the stars in the Poconos sky!

Below the deck you will find several more wonderful features. There are 2 super comfortable chair swings plus 1 hammock that overlook the stream that cuts through the property. Head over to the wood burning fire pit and enjoy the perfect s’mores dessert with the kids!

This lovely home is in a great location within the beautiful Emerald Lakes Community. While you’re a guest at the property, you’ll have access to the shared amenities, for a small additional fee paid at the HOA office or indoor pool. Take a dip in the sparkling outdoor swimming pool or swim a few laps in the large indoor pool. Enjoy access to the private beaches at any of the three lakes that form part of the resort, play a few rounds of tennis, or hit the basketball courts. There’s plenty to do within Emerald Lakes Community!
