Villa Maria 11 / c. o.ruegenlotse - WE 11

Villa Maria was rebuilt in 2000 and is located in the center of the old town. The beach is about 50 m from the property in an easterly direction. The fine sand under your feet invites you to a bathing day with the whole family or a romantic walk. Just a few steps away you have good shopping opportunities, varied gastronomy and the beautiful beach promenade of Binz with its sophisticated Kurhaus and the pier.

WE 11:
The apartment 1st floor is tastefully furnished with every comfort, such as a well-equipped kitchenette microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven open to the living area. Bedroom with double bed, TV with access to the balcony, shower toilet. Lovingly furnished living room with dining area, cozy and comfortable seating with armchair and stool, TV, radio and CD player. Washer and dryer are available in the house for a fee. Bicycle storage and an underground parking space are of course available free of charge. Laundry package per person 15, -. Please order in advance or book online. In the high season only follow-up bookings possible, see occupancy schedule !!
