A shower room, separate toilet. A terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs 1 bedroom with double bed (2 people), empty mezzanine over living room with double bed (2 people). Private parking n°21, 450 m from shops and 160 m from the beach. Everything is within walking distance!!!
