Lovingly furnished, very well equipped 4 star Non smoking holiday house (106 m²) with stunning unobstructed views over meadows and forests on the outskirts, integrated into the natural landscape of the Eder. The two-storey house is a wellness oasis for 2-6 people who like to leave everyday life behind. The house is spacious for two people, ideal for two couples, but also for families with children. The garden furniture is made of teak and next to 2 sun loungers there is a spacious table, 2 benches and 2 chairs, so you can sit generously. You can linger on the wooden terrace, on a gravel bed or in the garden. For a pleasant outdoor cooking is a banquet pan available, in which one can conjure up all sorts of culinary delights and which is conveniently cleaned in the dishwasher. You can park your cars comfortably, even if you are traveling with multiple cars. For bike tours we rent bicycles, which are ready on your arrival, so that you can make beautiful tours along the Eder to Edersee or to Fritzlar. If you arrive with your own bicycles, these can also be stored. W-LAN connection is available, so that you can obtain information from the Internet or send and receive your mails. The guests of our apartment are shared use of a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Pets are not allowed because the apartment is advertised as 'suitable for allergy sufferers'. Arrival and departure can be arranged flexibly.

The 4 star hotel is fully equipped with parquet flooring and well equipped. A large living room with adjoining kitchen and exit to the large sun terrace and the garden with unobstructed views invite you to linger. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the warm spring sunshine. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, an additional bedroom, TV room, and a spacious bathroom. Save time in the morning with the three bathrooms and another guest bathroom, especially if you are traveling with four people. You will find your bed in preference, so that your vacation can start immediately.    

Arrivals are possible from 08:00 to 20:00 and departures from 12:00 to 16:00.
