Beautifully located holiday house with garden

Comfortably furnished, completely ground-floor house (about 100 square meters) with terrace and garden.
The cottage offers two bedrooms with a queen size bed (1.6x2.0m) and a separate single bed. The fully equipped, open kitchen with dining room and living room is ideal for a longer rental period or a holiday stay. A guest bathroom and a bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower complete the well-appointed interior. The covered terrace and the adjacent garden invite you to relax in the midst of nature.
Immediately at the house there are car parking spaces and you can reach directly from the house via a footpath the Rheinsteig trail for excursions.

Wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful stay (4 nights) in this apartment. The place is clean, spacious, well-appointed with all the amenities you need during your stay. Check-in process was easy as was the communication with the owner. We were here to visit our son who is on a study-abroad semester at the local university (WHU). There is a lot to do and see in the area. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time we were there but we made the best of it. The owner gave us good recommendations to local restaurants. We spent 4 great days here and I would highly recommend the area and this apartment!

Net, schoon en compleet vakantiehuisje. Toegang tot een eigen laadpaal is natuurlijk een grote plus voor de e-auto eigenaren! Bij aankomst waren de bedden al opgedekt. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen en de steden te bezoeken die op 90 minuten afstand te berijden waren.

Ich habe noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes und blitz-sauberes Ferienhaus gesehen. Dazu kommt noch der schöne Garten, in dem man in Ruhe entspannen kann. Vielen Dank, an die tollen Gastgeber.

Wir waren in diesem Jahr das 2. mal hier. Es ist Erholung pur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus war in dieser Woche unsere Wohnung, in der wir alles für Küche, Räumlichkeiten und Terrasse fanden. Selbst für unsere Hündin gab es separate Handtücher und eine Decke. Für Hinweise und Ratschläge stand uns die Vermieterin sehr gern als Ansprechpartnerin zur Seite. Schönes Ferienhaus in Vallendar

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im tollen Ferienhaus in Vallendar verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet sowie rundum sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz zur Entspannung. Das Auto kann bequem vor dem Haus geparkt werden. In der dazugehörigen Garage konnten wir unsere Fahrräder abstellen.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Umgeben von Natur pur konnten wir uns gut erholen. Der Vermieter hat an Alles gedacht. Auch unser Hund bekam eine Decke und Handtücher. Im nächsten Jahr kommen wir wieder. Lieben Gruß an die Familie.

Ich war mit einem Freund für 3 Übernachtungen in dem Ferinehaus. Top eingerichtet, sauber, geräumig, ruhige Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Zum Abschied haben wir noch jeder ein Glas hausgemachte Marmelade als Geschenk bekommen. Die Fotos in der Beschreibung entsprechen wirklich der Realität. Das habe ich durhaus schon anders erlebt. Ohne Abstriche zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes,modernes Haus. Besondere Architektur, man kann die miteinander verbundenen Räume im Kreis durchlaufen. Liebevoll, Handicap-geeignet eingerichtet.
