This modern and high quality furnished 45 square meter 2-room apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs and is suitable for 2 to 4 people. The living room is equipped with a cozy sitting area (with sleep function) and a dining area. The open kitchen unit is integrated in the living area with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven p. p. fitted. The walk-in balcony with southwest exposure promises plenty of sun. The bright bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200) and enough closet space. In the bathroom with a small window you will find a walk-in shower and vanity and toilet. A separate lockable bicycle room with electricity (suitable for electric bicycles) is located in the building, a parking space on the property is assigned to the apartment.
