Vacation cottage Rohleder, Germany

Vierbeiner Willkommen (1 dog allowed !!!) The quiet, spacious and modern holiday home has a size of 170 sqm. On the completely fenced plot there is a small pond and direct access to the forest and the nearby bike and hiking trail. There are three parking spaces free of charge. The plot has a size of about 1000 square meters.  

Ferienhaus Rohleder:
In the ground floor of our 2018 newly renovated house is a small hallway with wardrobe and mirror and a utility room with washing machine and dryer and a fridge-freezer, which you can use for free. In a separate wing is a large bedroom with a 2x2 m bed (electrically adjustable), a bathroom with walk-in shower and spa bath and toilet. Adjacent you will find a walk-in closet. As you leave this wing, you enter the large living room with a large, high quality living area and the dining area with a dining room table and eight chairs. In the same room is the open, fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances (stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge ...). From the hallway you reach a staircase to the attic. There are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (all beds are mechanically adjustable, some electric) and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and each of the 3 bedrooms has a TV. The house has two outdoor terraces (each in front of and behind the house) and a small garden pond with goldfish. On the back garden terrace you will find an extendable metal table and 10 garden chairs. On the front terrace are 2 benches and 1 table made of rustic woods available. Behind the garage there is a space for parking bicycles, strollers and other utensils. There is also a barbecue and the cot, two high chairs and a wagon. The entire EC is equipped with easy-care, terracotta-colored tiles. On the upper floor you will find both laminate, carpet and tiles. All important windows (bedroom, bathroom, partly kitchen) as well as both patio doors have fly screens. In the EC almost all windows and patio doors are provided with electric shutters. In the upper floor you will find only roof windows with darkening or Sun blinds. All windows upstairs are equipped with fly screens. The EC has underfloor heating and in the bathroom via a wall radiator. Upstairs are only wall heaters. There are fans in all bedrooms and in the living room. A selection of games and books and free Wi-Fi access will save you time in inclement weather.  In the house is a house rules, this is to be considered and will be sent separately after booking by mail.  

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
