Beachfront House in Las Concha's.

The J Beach house

The J House is furnished with pretty much everything you will need to make the best of your stay. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and freezer, dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, Flatware and a dishwasher, also has a bottle of fresh filtered water.

Both bathrooms have a shower that are supplied with fresh water. There is an additional shower off the back patio to use after a dip in the ocean. If you choose not to bring any food there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Both bathrooms have showers that are supplied with fresh water. There is an additional shower off the back patio to use after a dip in the ocean. If you choose not to bring any food there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The beach is only a stone’s throw away. Watch the tide come in while you are hanging out with friends and family while barbequing on the patio. Dolphin watching is a favorite for most visitors and sometimes you may even get lucky enough to spot a whale in the distance. Make yourself comfortable this is your vacation!

If you enjoy being indoors, you will definitely enjoy the main living area. It has all the comforts you would need being away from home. This vacation getaway beach home includes just about every amenity you could find at home like a DVD Player with surround sound and Satellite Television. Relax, Take a load off.

The Master bedroom is located on the west side of the J House, this room is fitted with a King size bed and a fireplace. The Sea of Cortez is Viewable from to Large Corner windows. Easy access to the patio.

Make sure to leave the $85 cleaning fee on the kitchen island upon departure for the cleaning lady

Long weekend

House has awesome beach front and a private courtyard. Satellite tv in both bedrooms is a nice touch. Dia de los Muertos festivities were a blast on Rodeo Drive.

Family beach house

Beautiful home right on the beach. Loved the views, exploring the tide pools at low tide, walks on the beach with our dog, boogy boarding with our grandson , the Beautiful sunsets every evening, the list goes on. We really enjoyed staying here. Gail, the owner got back to us quickly when we needed to get in touch with her. This place was what we needed. It had everything! Enough bedding, towels, and the kitchen had everything you needed. We had fun jet skiing as well and best part of that was they pulled up right at the beach where we stayed. ( they come to you!) The power went out a few times but it was a community problem. Didnt last long. We had a small ant problem in the house but that is expected this time of year! ( hot) just keep the counters clean and spray on hand. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of this home and area. Just a few familys around. It felt like we had our own private beach! Its just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. We are already planning on another trip next year!

Beautiful home and perfect location

What a wonderful place. We had a great time playing on the beach, eating seafood (steaming fresh clams and grilling shrimp, then enjoying them on the spacious patio overlooking the ocean), visiting, relaxing and swimming. The house is very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Gail was very helpful providing good info and responding promptly to my questions. It's only a short distance to restaurants and shops, yet very private and quiet. I have already recommended this property friends and am looking forward to a return visit myself!

It was very calm and quite. It gets really dark being away from the city. Traffic goes by pretty fast. Didnt have any water issues. Power went out once but for a really short time.

J Beach House is a lovely property in a "Great" location

We were totally amazed at all the amenities that were available. The bed and bedding was fantastic. The views were breathtaking. The beach, just steps away was safe, clean and adventureous. The security was professional in every way. We felt very safe in and out of the house. The atmosphere was tranquil, quite but yet exciting. We have never been to such a beautiful property in all of our lives. Gail was extremely helpful and patient to help guide us to the property. It felt good that she said to call her with any question or concerns that we had or would have had. There's so much more to say but we will leave it to you to future guests to find out for themsleves what this property has to offer. We will definitely make this our destination anytime we plan a vacation in Las Conchas.

Unforgettable!!

The pictures do not give this property justice. We felt as if we had the beach to ourselves. Every room had windows looking out to the beach which was so nice to wake up too. This was my husbands first time in Rocky Point and he felt safe with the guarded gate. We brought our dogs who were welcomed and enjoyed playing on the beach. On the day of our returning Gail called to make sure everything went well. During our conversation we discovered that we were all divers. So we decided that we had to meet and had the pleasures of meeting them on our way out. What a fun couple! We have now been officially spoiled and will return to the J house when we return!

J Beach House

My boyfriend and I stayed at the J Beach House for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. We woke up every morning and took our two labs for a long walk on the beach. Was so much fun watching them run after birds and pounce in the waves. Was an excellent patio, set up a small hill from beach. We loved the privacy that added from other beach goers, if we wanted it. The house was very clean and well equipped. Had plenty of drinking water and kitchen had anything you would need. Gail the owner is wonderful to talk to, she was extremely helpful and suggestive on activities if you needed. We will definitely be renting this house again. We go to Rocky Point quite a bit and this was one of the best houses we have rented. One last thing, one of the afternoons we saw a HUGE pod of dolphins in front of house. There were at least a hundred of them. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent house right on the Beach

Stayed at this property in May 2011 with my husband and another couple. We did not want to leave!! We all had such a great time. The house had everything that you needed. Confortable beds and linens, all the appliences you may ever need plus more, very well decorated, great location, great beach. I will definately be back to the J House. The media has given Rocky Point such a bad rap. I never felt in danger in any way. There is more violence in Phoenix near my work than in Rocky Point. We visit Rocky Point at least twice a year and always stay in Los Conchas. This is the best home that we have ever rented. Gail was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. We tried Pollo Lucas for the first time and loved it. You purchase roasted chickens there with all the fixings. Boy was it good. They are located on the main road, Benito Juarez Blvd (Hwy #8). Make a right off of Freemon Blvd onto Benito Juarez Blvd and it is down the road on your left.

Comfortable and Quiet

Great split bedroom floor plan and well equipped kitchen. Soft throw blankets around and a secure front courtyard for our pooch. Host replies to texts if you need anything at all. Will definitely stay at this property again!

Great dog friendly beachfront location

The only negatives about our stay is that the property is more dated than appears in photos. We were made aware that decor had been removed from walls to prep for painting but not informed that the kitchen had been dismantled for cabinet reno and a very limited amount of cookware and dishes were on a cart for use. This affected our plans for cooking most meals. Gail was very receptive to my feedback after check out about kitchen supplies and hopefully after renovations complete, the house will be as presented. I feel the rental rate was high considering the property is not as presented at this time. We were really happy about the dual master suites each with access to the patio and this was a plus that helped us choose this particular property but the doors were rusted shut. A couple of the bedroom windows also were damaged so no ocean views through those. There is also a significant fly problem and some wasps and bees. There is an electric swatter provided and Gail told me there was wasp spray when I let her know but we aren't fond of the chemicals so we made do with the swatter. The upsides were that the house is outfitted with high quality furniture, appliances, very comfortable beds and nice quality linens. The location is fantastic! having the outdoor shower and being dog friendly was wonderful. Gail was very friendly and helpful with the issues we had regarding A/C and water delivery. Luis the handyman was great in getting those taken care of. We made do with the rest.

I have owned in Mexico for 30 years and it's great. I love going to the beach and diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, etc.

Why they chose this property

There is no beach like this one. I can walk out my house down to the beach and be the only person there. We have all kinds of marine life, we swim with the dolphins. The water is warm and clear. I can shore dive, snorkel etc.

Small and very safe town. Peace and quiet. Every room has a view of the water.
