Located just 16 km from the beaches of Etretat and Fécamp, this comfortable, self-contained holiday rental for 6 people offers quick access to the many tourist attractions this region has to offer year-round (30 km from Le Havre and Honfleur...) Set within an authentic farmstead surrounded by apple trees, this house has retained its original character while incorporating modern comforts and amenities. It features a lovely terrace and a 200-square-meter open garden with ample parking. Utilities, cleaning, and linens are included. Ground floor: - living room with kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, induction cooktop), - fireplace (insert) capable of heating most of the house (firewood provided), TV, DVD player, and home theatre system, - bathroom with double sinks, - separate toilet, - washing machine and dryer. Ground floor: - 1 large bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm and 1 single bed 90x190 cm), - 2 connecting bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and the other with a double bed (140x190 cm), - bathroom, - separate toilet. Please note that this holiday rental is not all-inclusive: certain options are subject to an additional charge.

Une belle adresse à avoir dans son carnet d'adresses ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Normandie. La maison est parfaite : très bien équipée, propreté irréprochable, jolie décoration... la maison est à la fois au calme pour se reposer et proche des villes de Fécamp, Yport, Etretat. Je n'oublie pas les propriétaires qui sont des personnnes adorables, à l'écoute, discrets. Je recommande
