Beautifully furnished Barnstable home in the “center” of the action!

Having rented on the Cape for years we understand how important it is to have a large, well organized home that you can call your own while on vacation. With that in mind we are offering our beautifully furnished home for your use in 2025. This home has everything that you’ll need to have an enjoyable, stress-free time on the Cape confirmed by our amazing guest reviews. Our house includes 3 large screen Sony TVs with cable and central air conditioning. The kitchen is well stocked with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, glass cooktop, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, platters, utensils, etc because we know how important it is to have the right tools to make a fabulous dinner for the extended family. There is a new Weber grill on the deck next to a large outdoor dining table. There is also a comfortable seating area around a large fire pit and another one on the brick patio in the shade. The entire backyard is fenced in so the kids can safely play one of their lawn games or ours.

There is a short walk to a private lake beach only accessible on foot, hence no crowded parking lots to contend with. However, if you would like to drive the short distance to Craigville Beach, we also provide a town beach pass for your use. Available are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a beach caddie so there’s three less things that you’ll need to pack.

There are lots of other attractions nearby so if you’re bored with the beach, or if the weather doesn’t cooperate, you can visit close by downtown areas of Hyannis, Brewster, Chatham and Falmouth. Or, if you prefer to just relax at the house, there is a well appointed game room on the first floor and additional activities in the basement including ping pong, foosball and shuffleboard. The kids can enjoy their own den and bathroom in the basement, which includes a TV for video games (game consoles not provided) and multiple sofas for stretching out. Upstairs the parents can relax in the living room by the fireplace on chilly nights or in the large sunroom which overlooks the deck, patios and backyard.

Two bedrooms are upstairs and two downstairs, with a full bathroom on each floor. The main bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and an outdoor balcony, and the second bedroom upstairs has twin-over-full bunk beds. The shared bathroom has double sinks, a large tiled shower and a soaking tub. The main bedroom downstairs has a king size bed and a desk for remote working while the bedroom across the hall has a queen bed with a full size memory foam pull out sofa. The shared bathroom has double sinks and a rain shower. All bedrooms have a luggage rack, dressers, and plenty of closet space. You will also find an outdoor shower and two sets of washers and dryers.

There is plenty of parking in the front of the house. The street, and neighborhood, are very quiet so you shouldn’t have any trouble getting a restful sleep. In sum, this house is perfect for your large extended family and we believe that you’ll enjoy your time as much as our family and friends have.
