Welcome to Seas the Moment! BRING NOTHING BUT YOURSELVES! This is a new listing but our 2nd time as homeowners on the Cape after owning a home in Dennis for over 10 years with over 100 5-star reviews. New for 2027 - don't miss our unique 6-person nautical home theater! (pics soon to come in fall of 2026) This charming 3-bedroom 1,200 square foot 1 1/2 bath house is perfect for your Cape escape to Hyannis! Can I say FABULOUS location to all of the beautiful beaches nearby?! We are 6-10 minutes by car to amazing beautiful beaches from the house!

3 Night Minimum Stay through rest of season in 2026 (can check in/out on any day) and in off-season months of May, June, Sept., Oct, Nov. and December. 7 Night Minimum Stay in July and August (Saturday to Saturday). Check in is available in June for any night of the week until the last Saturday of June which starts a 7 night minimum. House available through fall/winter months. 20% weekly discounts in October through December. Please inquire about rates.

This home just feels like the beach with its' blues and cream colored beach vibes in every corner of the house! Inside, guests will find 3 bedrooms (1st flr. Queen master) & 2 other BR's (a queen and 2 twins) upstairs offering plenty of space for everyone in a pretty, serene & nautical feel throughout. The two bathrooms include a bathtub/shower on 1st flr. & a half bath upstairs. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, you'll enjoy this cozy and comfy home to unwind and create lasting memories. Kitchen newly renovated w/ quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, open to a lovely 6 person dining room with unique oyster chandelier. Hardwood floors throughout.

Living space is comfortable with a bright picture window w/ lots of light and features a 65 inch Smart TV where you can enjoy streaming your fave shows. The Master BR downstairs is next to the main bathroom & features a Queen bed, while the other bedrooms (1 queen & (2) twins) are located upstairs . There's a half bath in between the two bedrooms w/ toilet/sink and both BR's have Smart TV's as well. Washer/dryer provided downstairs for your use. All linens provided including sheets, towels, beach towels, beach accessories, 6 bikes, games and a nice firepit to enjoy summer nights toasting marshmallows & making s'mores by the fire. Outdoor shower & fabulous deck out back to enjoy a glass of wine, grill out, relax, dine el fresco or sit at our picnic table in the backyard & play yard games. AC & heat throughout.

Our home is just a short drive to the Melody Tent, grocery stores, pharmacy, bakeries, Margaritaville Resort w/ waterpark, Trader Joe's, the Cape Cod Hospital, pizza, liquor stores, fish markets, butchery, the Cape Cod Mall, movie theater, downtown historic Main Street in the village of Hyannis, JFK Museum, the Kennedy compound, ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket and just a short drive to the charming towns of Centerville and Osterville which we love. You will have many charming beach options to choose from in a 5-10 minute drive from the house. This house is in Mid-Cape making it easy to navigate all of the amazing towns that Cape Cod has to offer.

This is as our first stay on the Cape and it was wonderful. Has was well stocked and had everything you needed for a week stay, games, kitchen supplies, beach towels and toys! The recommendations were wonderful and we had a great week. Would highly recommend this place for your trip.

The house was everything we needed it to be! Came for the long weekend and we were so comfortable. Kitchen and grill made it easy to cook and both the inside and outside spaces were great for the group to hang out together. Loved that it had a large driveway, made it easy for all of our cars to fit. Melisa was a great host and very responsive and has all of the beach necessities you could need. Definitely would stay again.

Great communication before and after stay. Central location-minutes to downtown Hyannis, shops, dining and beaches. New furnishings&fixtures, well organized, thoughtfully appointed kitchen in an older home structure. New or like-new bikes, games, toys, boogie boards, towels, beach gear, plenty for a family of four with two teen/tween boys.

The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and everything felt completely brand new.The attention to detail in every room is remarkable, with creative coastal decor that makes the space feel like a true retreat. You will sleep amazingly well as the beds are super comfy, wrapped in soft, luxurious sheets, and stocked with high-quality towels and linens throughout.The kitchen is beyond fully stocked with top-notch items and amenities for whatever you need…there is even a KitchenAid mixer!Above all, Melisa is an exceptional host. She was extremely responsive and truly vested in making sure we had the absolute best possible vacation. She thought of every detail to ensure a seamless stay. My husband and I have been coming to the cape for over 20 years and cannot get enough of the charm that each town has to offer! We first vacationed in Martha's Vineyard more than 20 years ago and decided to dive in and purchase our first home in Dennisport which we owned for 10 years. Now we are in the charming town of Hyannis!

We have always loved the New England states and find ourselves gravitating to all the cool towns on the Cape, Maine, NH and CT whenever visiting Cape Cod. We are lovers of travel and also can't get enough Europe whenever we get the opportunity to go. We love fitness and anywhere there is water!

Why they chose this property

The close proximity to amazing beaches, fabulous restaurants and the neutral location to the ferry to MV and Nantucket. Great spot to navigate anywhere on the Cape in a short drive.

What makes this property unique

The inside of the house is tastefully and beautifully decorated. Nothing like coming back to a cozy, comfy and inviting home after a day on the beach! We provide all amenities such as bikes, beach accessories, linens & towels - so nothing to bring but yourselves!
