This cottage offers a warm and cosy atmosphere in an exceptional setting featuring an orchard and a 60-hectare park, located halfway between Dieppe and Rouen. In a 60-hectare haven of peace where deer roam freely, a true observatory of unspoiled wilderness and its biodiversity. This charming, freestanding bread oven offers a very intimate setting. Unfenced garden, barbecue. Wildlife sanctuary. The estate features 4 km of hiking and nature trails, ideal for wildlife photography. Unprotected pond. Ground floor: - living room, flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels, fireplace, opening onto the - kitchen (microwave), - bathroom, - toilet. Upper floor (steep staircase): - 1 bedroom (2 single beds), - 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Extra baby cot + high chair. Washing machine available in an adjoining room. Please note: this holiday rental is not all-inclusive; certain options are available at an additional cost.
